A beautiful get-a-way on the outskirts of town. We would definitely return again.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, from the minute you walk through the front door to relaxing on the second floor terrace. The rooms are not huge, but just enough room for a week stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We enjoyed a shot of tequila upon checking in - a very welcoming tradition. And lastly, all the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

There is nothing I could complain about. We enjoyed our stay and feel the value of what we received was excellent.

Lo mejor en servicio al cliente y limpieza máxima

Toda la arquitectura de lugar impresionante, el personal muy amable de lo mejor, muy atentos todos , servicio de maravilla y lo mejor , si lo recomiendo para pasar unas dos noches en este bello hotel .

El personal de servicio del hotel excelente
Pros:

La ubicación es buena y hay varios restaurantes ricos alrededor. El SPA es bueno. El personal del hotel muy amable y gran servicio. Nos apoyaron en todo dado que nuestro cuarto tuvo una filtración grave de agua por una fuga.

Cons:

Tienen muy descuidados los cuartos, con humedad y nuestro baño estaba sucia la taza. Lamentablemente nuestro cuarto tuvo una filtración grave de agua y nos tuvieron que cambiar a otro que igual tenía bastantes detalles.
