If staff and management was professionals, given the facilities it would be a great hotel.
Pros:

Great facilities, brand new

Cons:

The staff was rude and the management was nowhere to be seen. They gave us another room type than the one we booked (switched to the correct one later during our stay). When the took us to our room, it was filthy dirty not cleaned from the previous guests.
