Location, location, location. Being in Plaka, it was a great location as it was close to Acropolis, shops and restaurant

Location, location, location. Being in Plaka, it was a great location as it was close to Acropolis, shops and restaurants. The WiFi was spotty. The AC was wonderful, especially in the summer heat.

The location is great, rooms were cleaned daily, and AC was excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom shower was tiny, and the shower curtain sticks to you the entire time (with water still managing to leak out onto the floor). The furniture in the room is old and in disrepair. The rooms are very small.

Meget central beliggenhed, tæt på alt. Ok morgenmad (Continental). Dejlig tagterrasse. Udsigt til Acropolis. Lille kiosk åbent til sent lige overfor hotellet.

Cons:

Det er et ældre hotel, som godt kunne bruge en opgradering, møblerne på balkonen kunne være bedre og tagterrassen kunne gøres hyggelig med beplantning, siddegrupper og måske muligheden at servering (evt. roomservice) så den var mere indbydende.

Esta justo al inicio del barrio turístico, pudimos caminar a casi todo. Destaco la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal, tienen conserjería 24/7

Cons:

Muebles no útiles como closet, para habitación de tres. Se hace pequeño.
La ducha en si funciona bien pero el agua se sale para todas partes.
Hacen falta carteles para señalar cuando hacer el aseo y cuando no.

We loved our stay at Phaedra Hotel. The room was clean and the staff were lovely, I liked the 24/h reception and it felt very safe. The view from the balcony was great. House keeping staff were wonderful, we only stayed 2 nights so didn’t think we would receive housekeeping, therefore we had some clothes that still weren’t 100% dry hanging up in the room. When we returned after a day out the housekeeper had folded all our clothes for us and completely cleaned the room, they went above and beyond

Hovedparten af personalet utrolig hjælpsomt og imødekommende.

Cons:

Meget irritabel eftermiddagpersonale, han var meget forhibbet på at få os ud af døren da vi skulle afhente bagage og det var ikke særlig behageligt.

La situation géographique

Cons:

Nous étions censés avoir une vue sur l’Acropole.
La chambre - au 1er étage - avait bien une vue sur l’Acropole en levant le nez mais la vue sur le chantier, les travaux et les poubelles juste devant était clairement prédominante. Pas possible de changer de chambre, l’hôtel était complet.
La chambre est vraiment petite avec beaucoup de lumière (rue, couloir) que les rideaux occultants ne suffisent pas à masquer. La literie est ok mais pas super non plus.
Du fait des travaux et des camions poubelle, cela était bruyant.
J’ai préféré prendre le petit déjeuner dehors alors que l’idée de le prendre sur le rooftop me ravissait : pain blanc non grillé, confitures et miel de supermarché, cake industriel, pas de jus frais, café filtre et des pommes en fruits.

Situation idéale pour visiter l'Acropole et son musée et arpenter le quartier touristique de Plaka, à moins de 100m de la station de métro. Si quelques chambres n'ont pas de vue, il vaut cependant la peine de choisir une chambre avec balcon et fenêtre qui vous offre une vue impressionnante sur la fortification de l'Acropole et le quartier historique d'Athènes.

Enfin un hôtel à l'ancienne, avec réception ouverte et desservie 24/24. Plein de petits restos sympas alentours.

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, avec un lavabo à l'intérieur de la chambre et la possibilité de disposer d'une grande salle de bain privative en face de la chambre, à condition de réserver cette option à l'avance.

Posizione incredibile, in una delle strade più belle di Plaka, balcone direttamente sull’acropoli impagabile. Personale gentilissimo che è venuto incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze con grande professionalità.
