Excelente atención
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron y atendieron muy bien en todo momento.Teniamos gripe y nos ayudaron con agüita caliente para preparar remedios. Nos ubicaron en una habitación alejada del ruido y pudimos trabajar dentro del hotel en las zonas comunes. Muy buen internet.

Cons:

Todo me gustó.
No es algo malo, pero es bueno tener en cuenta que en las habitaciones del segundo piso se alcanza a oír duro el eco del ruido que se hace en el primer piso en la zona de sala-comedor.
Y para los visitantes, tener en cuenta que al estar ubicado en el centro puede ser un poquito más pesada la zona en comparación con otras zonas de la ciudad.

Great location, good value for money.
Pros:

The location was close to the main attractions and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The gate policy was a little tedious as guests needed to wait for staff to open it up whenever they wished to leave or when they returned. No complaint regarding the staff, they were always happy to do this but it made me reluctant to come as to as often as I would've liked to.

Pros:

El personal de recepción fue excepcionalmente amable al permitirnos acceder a la habitación mucho antes del horario habitual, lo cual agradecimos profundamente tras un largo viaje. La ubicación del lugar es inmejorable: a pocos pasos de la catedral y de las principales calles del centro histórico, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad a pie. Una experiencia muy positiva desde el primer momento.

Not as expected
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful.
The rooms were very clean and got cleaned every day.

Cons:

The hotel is very basic and the interior unfortunately wasn't as we expected. Everything looks a little bit old already and in front of the building is a bar, wich was really loud in the first night, so we couldn't sleep well.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Sehr laute Umgebung. In der Nacht Geschrei, Polizei vor der Tür,laute diskomusik bis spät in die Nacht. Nachts würde ich dort nicht auf die Straße gehen. Tagsüber war es perfekt. Sehr nah zu allem.

Buena atención, problemas con reservación.
Pros:

Muy buena atención.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que habían ocupado la habitación que reservamos, por haber llegado a las 9:00 pm, sin embargo yo le escribí un mensaje a las 7:30 pm que iba en camino, en Booking. Nos cobraron $15.000 adicionales por otra habitación diferente a la que había reservado.
