Pros:

Great staff, good location, great views from the room

Cons:

Lovely place, seven minutes from the main square
Pros:

A really good place to stay in this pretty town, being clean and tidy, well furnished and having nice views - yet also good value. I’m surprised by some less-positive reviews on this site - I can’t see how this doesn’t merit a thumbs up.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit drab, but that seems fairly typical in Peru.

The star rating and photos misrepresent the hotel . Otherwise quite pleasant .
Pros:

The main reason I chose the hotel was because of the photos and 3 star rating . Both fell short . Otherwise , if the hotel hadn’t misrepresented itself it was very pleasant place to stay . 🌟

Calm place and comfortable clean rooms.
Pros:

Very clean room and with proper shower with good amount of hot water. Good bedlinen and bed. Kind and discreet staff.

Cons:

Apartment has kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc., but no cutlery nor glasses, plates or kettles. So, we couldn’t cook anything.

Pros:

Die Lage war entspannt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir gefragt wie wir gern unser Ei zubereiten hätten. Unser Gepäck durften wir am Check out Tag noch bis zum späten Nachmittag an der Rezeption stehen lassen.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war leider eher enttäuschend. Beim Check-in mussten wir lange warten, obwohl die offizielle Check-in-Zeit bereits vor über einer Stunde war. Der Eingangs- und Essbereich waren unaufgeräumt und nicht besonders einladend.

Als wir schließlich unser Zimmer beziehen konnten, war der Boden staubig, die Bettbezüge hatten Flecken und auf den Laken waren Haare. Die Betten fanden wir zudem nicht besonders bequem. Die Dusche war undicht, wodurch der Badezimmerboden ständig nass wurde. Einen Badvorleger haben wir erst nach längerem Nachfragen bekommen.

Im ersten Stock gab es außerdem einen unangenehmen Geruch. Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt und die herzliche Atmosphäre hat uns gefehlt.

Great value money and nice place
Pros:

This place has excellent value for money, I honest don’t understand the reviews. For less than $20 per night we had, nice clean and comfy room, hot shower, nice balcony with view (recommend the room with balcony) and good breakfast. The staff was pleasant and polite. The location is quiet and just 2minutes from the square (Pisac is very small anyway so everything is so close).

We had a great stay!

Cons:

The only comment is to get the front door sorted in a different way. You can only enter ringing the bell. For us wasn’t an issue at all as we came back pretty early at night and there was always someone available. However some people came back late at night and kept ringing the bell constantly waking the whole building up (I presume whoever was supposed to open the door was asleep). People do have the right to go out and come back whenever they want and people who are inside have the right to sleep at night without being disturbed. So please do fix this and I’m sure people won’t complain. We gave 9 as this place has a good potential and reviews were unfair, but the door situation has to be fixed.

Cons:

Prachtig mooie keuken waar we niet zelfstandig gebruik van mochten maken. Ik was erg vroeg wakker geworden en wilde alleen een kopje koffie maken maar iemand van personeel kwam zijn bed uit om te zeggen dat het niet mocht. Er wordt je ook sterk aangeraden na 22:00 niet meer de deur uit te gaan, ivm veiligheid (en dat in Pisac!). Na één nacht vertrokken ondanks lange verblijf in Pisac. Ze mogen best wat meer ontspannen en gastvrij zijn.
