Pros:

En general todo excelente. Especialmente la atención de Daniela, muy amable y servicial. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular y la ubicación del hospedaje es excelente.

This is my go to place when I will be back in Pisac
Pros:

This is a very quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast comes with coffee, fruits, eggs, bread. If you need a fancy one there’s plenty in Pisac . Also you can count on hot water.

Cons:

I wished they could provide purified water to replenish our bottles so the planet would save on plastic consumption

De badkamer, die hadden we nodig omdat mijn vriendin ziek was geworden hier.

Cons:

Nadat ik vroeg of we tegen betaling een wat latere check-out konden hebben, omdat mijn vriendin ziek was geworden en niet kon reizen op dat moment, zouden ze er later op terug komen. Dus ik ga rustig ontbijten en zie hen met allerlei andere (vrij onzinnige) zaken bezig. Na het ontbijt vroeg ik het nog eens, waarop ik voor een late checkout 3/4 van het gehele nachtbedrag mocht betalen. En voor elk uur extra nog eens 4 euro. Toen im vroeg of ze al een nieuwe boeking hadden, negeerde de manager me eerst en moest haar rechterhand voor haar antwoorden omdat zij me niet eens recht in de ogen aan kon kijken. Ik stond verbaasd te kijken van de gastvrije onkunde die voor mijn ogen werd afgespeeld, schrijf eigenlijk nooit reviews, maar deze keer was het nodig. Erg onaardig en niet meedenkend. Ik heb maar betaald en heb me erbij neergelegd.

Nice place to stay, great location
Pros:

It is very clean, excellent located and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

A little bit cold, so extra blanket would be nice. A little noisy because of the door slamming at the hall, specially early in the morning.
