Pros:

Locatie, hygiëne, ruime kamer

Cons:

Prachtig mooie keuken waar we niet zelfstandig gebruik van mochten maken. Ik was erg vroeg wakker geworden en wilde alleen een kopje koffie maken maar iemand van personeel kwam zijn bed uit om te zeggen dat het niet mocht. Er wordt je ook sterk aangeraden na 22:00 niet meer de deur uit te gaan, ivm veiligheid (en dat in Pisac!). Na één nacht vertrokken ondanks lange verblijf in Pisac. Ze mogen best wat meer ontspannen en gastvrij zijn.

Cons:

Me dieron otra habitación que olía mal tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta, la ducha no funcionaba y cuando los busque y llame no había respuesta oportuna, no habia wifi, el segundo piso es de madera se escuchaba los pasos hasta tarde y a las 3 am tambien habían pasos que no me dejaban descansar.

1. They charged us 10% higher than fair exchange rate for dollars
2. They advertise hot water but they don't have it. I lived years in the Sacred Valley with their heating system, their solar panels are adequate for 1-2 people, not an entire hotel. No wonder there is no hot water
3. They lied about having a "technico" come in to fix the hot water, saying that our room was blocked and they had fixed it. Still had no hot water. Nobody came.
4. You have to knock on the front door to get into your own hotel room. And pray that somebody hears you. We waited several times.
5. They advertise "soundproof" rooms on Booking. You can hear a pen drop on floor 1 while you are in your room on second floor. You can hear normal chatter. Tv with low volume of any neighbor.
6. Breakfast is hardly a snack.
