Cons:

Había tenido buena experiencia hasta que nos fuimos. Son ladrones, al retirarme de la habitación 2 minutos luego del check les pido que revisen la habitación porque olvidé todos los candados de mis valijas. Les pido amablemente que me los entreguen pero la respuesta fue que no estaban, se los Robaron. Así que tengan cuidado! Ya había leído otros comentarios así de booking respecto a este alojamiento. El hotel es hermoso las habitaciones tmb, solo que la ubicación no es buena xq al estar en pendiente es complejo llegar o salir caminando.

Pros:

Amazing, room very big and clean. Regarding the noise this is the less noisy hotel en poblado area.
Also staff was amazing i forgot a painting and they sent to me in my hotel to cartagena so cannot be more happy with the service

Gran ubicación y súper cómodo con un súper staff.
Pros:

Excelentes habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias. Staff muy atento siempre! Muy bien ubicado. Para estadías sencillas es gran opción!

Cons:

Lo único es que el desayuno incluido podría tener más variedad o más completoo.
Y el café que ofrece el restaurant definitivamente malo!!! El incluido y el de máquina de xtra. Ambos estaban aguacdos.
La máquina del lobby nos resolvió! Pero debería mejorar la calidad del café y desayuno para perfeccionar el rating.

Pros:

O hotel é excelente! O quarto enorme, novo, extremamente bem decorado e confortável! Os funcionários são todos muito simpáticos e receptivos! A localização é muito boa também.

Cons:

O café da manhã é uma decepção total e não faz jus a estrutura do hotel. Consta como incluído, porém é um café “ a la carte” com apenas umas 4 opções e você somente pode escolher uma, se quiser pedir outra é cobrado à parte! Ou seja, seria no máximo uma cortesia…
