Nice and clean bit loud area

For a 4 star hotel the service could improve
They have a restaurant above the hotel and I asked if we could order dinner to be brought to the room. They said yes however they wanted us to call ourselves but we are not great Spanish speakers and not comfortable with phone calls and also unless we could call via WhatsApp (which I asked and never gotten a response) it would have been really expensive to do so not having calls included in our e-sim is not the end of the world we ended up going to the restaurant and ate there but they should improve this side of the service. Same with laundry service they don’t offer one they said they could help me with getting one the following day and never heard from them again… so yeah nice but need some improvement… Also a beautiful bath was in the room however the water doesn’t stay hot long enough to even fill it so a bit pointless…
Another thing is the room we were in faced the highway so is very loud with noise of cars and motorcycles not great if you are a light sleeper.. the room should get some noise control

When we went out for a few drinks in the evening the attendants were mostly chatting instead of paying attention to the guests who were present. I had to walk over to the bar myself to place an order.

Grand chambre, le portier a l’entrée.

Le bruit de la rue, le petit déjeuner de mauvais qualité. Il a fallu payer très cher pour une tranche de pain. Le restaurant aussi mauvais que le petit déjeuner, à éviter
