Hotel maravilhosooooooo
Pros:

Tudo foi ótimo! Atendimento excelente, funcionários prestativos, a localização perto de uma rua com vários comércios. O restaurante no terraço é perfeito! O banheiro era maravilhoso. A vista da cidade é incrível.

Place was clean and quiet, rooms were large bathroom was clean and cozy and staff were very helpful dispite knowing English well.

Cons:

Some staff knew little English. On my first day there was no one downstairs so I was unsure where to enter from. They Could have a staff stationed downstairs while the other helps customers bring their bags upstairs.

Struttura in centro e a pochi passi a piedi raggiungo Provenza anche se molto turistica e piena di americani e non molto identità.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Beautiful hotel, we loved staying there!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel! Nicely decorated and designed, comfortable and spacious room, with a very nice view (5th floor, facing the front façade). Very nice view from the breakfast area too, and delicious breakfast! Very friendly staff, we were there during the earthquake of August 10 and the staff were very helpful and professional. Although our room was facing a busy road, the noise from the street did not bothered us.
