Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Τo δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και κοντά στο κέντρο της πολής. Η Αλεξάνδρα πολύ ευγενική και χαμογελαστή. Μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Ότι καλύτερο στον Βόλο!!!!
Pros:

Ότι καλύτερο έχω συναντήσει στον Βόλο τον οποίο επισκέπτομαι αρκετά συχνά για επαγγελματικούς λόγους. Βολευόμουν σε ξενοδοχεία αλλά πλέον το Empress θα είναι η μόνιμη επιλογή μου. Πεντακαθαρο, δωμάτιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πρόβλεψη για την κάθε ανάγκη σου. Σούπερ μπόνους; Η γλυκύτατη Αλεξάνδρα διαθέσιμη κάθε στιγμή για να σε εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο και ανεπιτήδευτη ευγένεια κάνοντας σε να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου.

Pros:

Alexandra is a truly welcoming hostess.

We arrived earlier than estimated (earlier than regular check-in time) and cleaning-team quickly finish to prepared my room.

Clean, nice location. Veeery comfy bed and fluffy towels. Well furnished and mainteined. I think the facility is quite recent.

I will come back😉
(also to try the breakfast)

Cons:

Perhaps the whole bathrooms is tight, but shower is large enough. Nothing to complain about it.

The only think that I found weird is the A/C engine inside the balcony (?!!).
I thought is due to city hall regulations but then I noticed other buildings with same unit outside.
Anyway, Not a big of deal for me since windows are soundproof and I have no interest to use balcony.

Φανταστικό κατάλυμα, υπέροχη οικοδέσποινα η κυρία Αλεξάνδρα .Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στο Βόλο θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα,περάσαμε τέλεια .Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα με έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια.Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
