Perfect stay in central Cancun.
Pros:

Super nice living conditions in central cancun. The team was very kind in assisting with check-in and recommendations. Highly recommend. Rooms are very spacious.

Espectacular alojamiento en Cancún
Pros:

Mi estancia fue excelente de principio a fin.
Desde la coordinación previa con el anfitrión hasta durante toda la estadía, todo funcionó de manera impecable. Las instalaciones estaban en perfectas condiciones, extremadamente limpias y con un aroma especial que se percibe apenas uno entra.
Los espacios comunes están muy bien equipados: cocina completa, una sala cómoda y un área de trabajo ideal, todo pensado para que la estadía sea realmente confortable.
Quiero destacar especialmente el orden, la atención por los detalles y la decoración. Se nota el cuidado en cada pequeño aspecto, y eso marca un gran diferencial.
La habitación fue súper cómoda, muy limpia y de excelentes dimensiones. Sin dudas, un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Volvería
sin pensarlo.

Elegant shared house in convenient location.
Pros:

Isaac was a great host. The space was beautiful and very convenient. The terrace room was lovely. Comfy bed. I felt very safe.

Cons:

Sound travels up the center stairwell so I was woken up early by other guests departing.

Pros:

Really lovely co-living space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were super friendly, check-in was very flexible, and they even helped arrange an affordable airport pickup (big plus the taxi /uber situation at the airport).

Personal favourites:

- fruit always available in the kitchen
- shared kitchen that was easy to use and accessible to everyone

The staff. The bed. Laundry hours were added during our stay because one of the staff members was upset we did laundry at 11pm. During the cycle we found our cloths to be hanging out of dryer. If the property description listing has washer and dryer it should also list the hours laundry is available. I was also "upgraded" to a room for 30 bucks more..essentially only upgrade was a private bathroom. The host made it sound like a crazy upgrade.

Pros:

We stayed 1 night in Humant Coliving and it was really nice.
The building is located outside of the city centre but the neighbouring is really beautiful and calm. The Humant Coliving building is really safe with a locker at the entering door
The room is comfy and have air conditioning and the bathroom is functional.
The hosts are really nice and helpful ! They speak good english and they arranged for us a transportation trough the airport of Cancún during the night. The communication through Whatsapp was really fluent and the links to pay are secured.
We recommend this place !

Te dan fruta café o té durante las mañanas . La cocina tiene todo para armarte un desayuno, comida y cena.

Cons:

Quizá puedan poner una toalla de mano adicional para el baño . La toalla que se utiliza puede oler a húmedo después de usarse y estar en el cuarto . Quizá pueda idearse alguna manera de que esto no suceda sin cambiarla. Quizá un aerosol.arimatizante pueda ser una solución
Quizá pueda tener una mica de información de lo importante de servicios y amenidades cercanos de los barrios y playas en el área de negocios en la sala.
