Big room and very clean. The check in process is very easy. Kitchen fully equipped and organized to allow storage of your own food. Small and cozy courtyard. The place is very bright and relaxing, keeps you isolated from the city. Parking space available. Host is always available and reachable when not on site

Auberge sympathique à l'extérieur du centre-ville avec cuisine commune fonctionnelle.
Pros:

Lieu convivial. Grande chambre. Ai été bien accueilli et aidé pour une réservation Uber. Cuisine accessible. Espace pour ranger au frigo et dans garde-manger à mon nom. Table pour manger à l'extérieur. Jardin agréable fréquenté par une multitudes d'oiseaux le soir. Oreillers trop mous pour moi. Climatisation fonctionne bien. Coupe le bruit de la rue. Du moins, n'ai pas été incommodé par le bruit pour dormir. À recommander.

Cons:

Se situe dans un quartier résidentiel à environ 20 minutes de marche de l'épicerie et des autobus pour se rendre au centre-ville. L'épicerie se situe à la place Americas - sur Tulum, à gauche, où sont les grands édifices blancs. De là il est possible de prendre le bus numéro 1 qui va au centre-ville . De là, le bus numéro 5, se rend à la Playa Tortuigas, Playa Caracole ,- un ferry se rend à l'ile de las Mujeres et autres plages. Autrement, peu à voir et à faire dans le quartier. Aucun parc. Mais cafétérias près de l'hôpital sur Tulum - Isla de las Muyeres

Clean and good location for a stay in Cancun!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here and Isaac was so helpful and friendly answering all our questions and helping us with recommendations. The room was super clean an big and it’s a great location to go around Cancun. We can totally recommend it!

el jardin y decoración de los espacios comunes

Cons:

Estuve sorprendida que en pais hispanohablante, la recepcionista no hablara español. Cuando pregunte que aconsejaba para ir a cenar, me contexto que no sabia y que pidiera por ubereat (lo que no me parece ecológico).

Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Sehr sauber und schöne ruhige Lage. Morgens gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Früchte. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen. 👍
