Pros:

Goed familie hotel met speelplek voor de kids als jij aan het eten bent. Alles is binnen de hekken. Grote kamers met alle voorzieningen.

Neprofesionalno i neozbiljno osoblje

Hotel je uređen, a doručak je raznovrstan.

Cons:

Po dolasku rekli su mi da nemaju moju rezervaciju. Rekli su da je booking kriv i da im ne šalju adekvatno rezervacije. Recepionarka je rekla da "srećom" imaju jednu slobodnu sobu gdje su nas smjestili. Pomislio sam "srećom" po koga i šta da "srećom" nisu imali slobodnu sobu. Da li bih tada sa malim djetetom trogodišnjakom morao tražiti drugi smještaj. Recepcionarka je neozbiljna i s podsmjehom nastupa tako da se nisam osjećao ugodno i poremetilo mi je raspoloženje kada čovjek ide na ljetovanje jer Trebinje nam je bila usputna stanica i uvijek draga destinacija. Po ulasku u sobu, sobarice ulaze da promijene posteljinu i po izlasku uzimaju moj mobilni telefon sa stola. Tražim ga 10 minuta, te tek kada supruga poziva moj broj donose ga na vrata uz glasno smijanje na hodniku. Da ga je slučajno uzela i mogu razumjeti, ali ono smijanje na hodniku je zaista neprofesionalno. To je sve jako neozbiljno i unatoč odlično opremljenom objektu, izaziva u meni odbojnost da opet tu noćim kada budem dolazio u Trebinje za mjesec dana.

Pros:

Modern hotel with nice breakfast.

Cons:

Air-con was very slow and did not work well. Surly receptionist could not care less. She seemed to be more interested in her phone. Had to speak to a number of people to try to get it resolved. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke.

Don’t visit on hot days
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the property is very clean, the room is big.

Cons:

The AC is very bad, it’s set on 25 cooling and couldn’t get down, was very hot in the room, I couldn’t sleep at all.
