Pros:

Die Damen, die sich um alles gekümmert haben, waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Und das Hotel ist wirklich süß, aber mehr was für junge Leute. Auf der einen Seite des Hotels hämmerte den ganzen Tag laute Musik bis spät in den Abend und auf der anderen Seite dröhnte die ganze Nacht ein Generator. Also wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist fehl am Platz.

Playa Blanca est un endroit exceptionnel, paisible et exactement ce que je recherchais : être les pieds dans le sable, loin de l’agitation de la ville. J’y suis allée pour une nuit et j’y suis finalement restée deux nuits de plus. Elsa et María ont été adorables et très serviables, répondant à toutes mes questions, du transport au service. J’y ai mangé le meilleur poisson frit de tout mon séjour à Carthagène. J’ai même goûté le riz au lait de coco, un vrai délice !

Pros:

I arrived on a day with high seas, which made entry difficult, but the hotel provided me with an alternative entrance where I enjoyed a walk around the plankton lagoon during the day. I arrived very early, and they stored my luggage free of charge and allowed me to relax in their hammocks. I had a pleasant breakfast in a pergola, watching the powerful waves. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make everyone feel at home. The Wi-Fi was stable, allowing me to stay connected at all times.

Cons:

Lack of sun, but the hotel has nothing to do with it.🫣

Extremely helpful, friendly and pantetion staff. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant (including breakfast). Beautiful room with stunning view. Also every morning we had a visit of parrot and kitty 😊

Pros:

L’emplacement est top comparé à certains autres hôtels
L’accès au ponton pour se poser sur les transats est un plus.
On est du côté le plus calme de baru
La vue est hyper belle et encore plus quand on a accès à une chambre vu mer !
Le fait de pouvoir se servir en café et thé est très appréciable

Cons:

Nous n’étions pas au courant que sur l’île de baru si on paye par carte il y’a entre 5 et 10% de charge.
Il n’y a pas d’ATM pour retirer.
La musique du restaurant a coté tous les soirs jusqu’à minuit au moins est très gênant pour dormir.

El personal era muy amable.

Cons:

No nos hicieron limpieza de habitación y al estar sobre la playa, la habitación estaba llena de arena . El inodoro esta tan incómodo que debes sentarte de costado para que tus rodillas no choquen la pared. No hay opción de desayuno.
La comida no era buena, los platos eran pequeños y estaba fría.
En hoteles contiguos se comía muchísimo mejor y tenían snorkel y padel board para los huéspedes, siendo estas gratuitas.

And very nice!! They were also So accommodating. Don’t listen to the bad reviews , they are probably hard to please people lol. Also, please take the recommended transportation that the hotel sent to you if you want a very easy and comfortable experience!

Lugar ideal para disfrutar la playa

El staff super amable y dispuesto a ayudar!
La comida muy sabrosa y abundante

Cons:

Las instalaciones la verdad que podrían ser mejor, nuestro baño y habitación tenia una gotera en la que caia agua marrón.
Habia un generador afuera de nuestra habitación que funcionaba 24/7, por suerte teniamos tapones para poder dormir.

Crew very friendly. They tried hard to help but I guess they don’t have the resources. A bit more initiative would help them as well.

Cons:

Readiness of the room, communication previous to the arrival. We had to wait too long till the rooms were ready… no drinks offered while waiting not even water.
