Rummen väldigt slitna och smutsiga dålig städning ganska slapp och oengagerad personal. förutom i receptionen och spa avd. Har bott på 4-5 stjärniga hotel runt om i vietnam och det här är en av sämsta hotellem
Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon.

Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed.
We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture!
Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame).
Gym was small but good enough for a workout.
Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

채식과 과일을 좋아하는 나로서는 나쁘지 않았던것같은데
육식과 살라미 치즈를 좋아하는
남편의 의견은 좀 다르더라고요.
6박을 했는데 매일 같은 메뉴릏 먹으니 좀 물리기는 했지만
채식과 과일이 신선했었다는것
단기 투숙자에게는 문제가 없겠지만 4일이상 투숙자에 대한 대안이 있다면 그곳에서 맑은 공기와 자연을 느끼면서 장기투숙을 고려 할 수도 있지 읺을까 생각해봄.
그리고 저녁식사로 바베큐뷔페가 있는데
식은 음식에 예민한 사람들을 고려한다면 더더욱 좋을것같다는 의견을 남깁니다.

The staffs are accomodating and supportive. The room is clean and the beddings are soft. It was a smooth process during check in. They gave us welcome drink too. The juice was refreshing. Thanks to Mr. Dat for being so friendly. Good service 👍
Awesome place to stay
We came across this hotel quite by accident. Originally we had rented an apartment at the back of the hotel unfortunately it wasn’t quite what we expected. This hotel is beautiful. We had a suite it was immaculate and we had an amazing view of the sea. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked bed and breakfast. Breakfast was excellent.
As we had been travelling for several weeks this hotel was our bit of luxury so we chose to eat dinner in the evenings at the hotel. It was good but choices were limited. During our stay it was International Women’s Day the hotel put on a BBQ in the evenings with entertainment. Tickets were reasonably priced and the evening was lovely. I have never seen so many delicious salads, the chefs and all staff involved worked tirelessly to make the evening a success.
During our stay there was a power outage the staff made sure that all guests were safe and reassured. The staff were very apologetic the outage was not their fault as we said at the time. We enjoyed this hotel so much that we extended our stay. The pool and the spa were excellent. My husband and I both enjoyed relaxing massages. There isn’t an awful lot to do in Quy Nhon the walk along the beach path is lovely. We would strongly recommend hiring a motorbike so that you can explore different places independently if you feel confident enough.
10/10 would recommend. Special thanks to Huyen! The staff and room was super nice and they even let us refresh in the pool hours after we checked out free of charge. Would love to stay here longer if we had the time. The buffet is a bonus too, great food.
Was noisy one night, loud dj. Asked for iron but never got it.

A rare hotel where you can feel like you're in a 5* hotel.
Exceptions could be quieter ventilation and cleaned balcony windows.
Excellent laundry service (brings it packed and ironed).
Great reception (no one sleeps on a mattress on the floor at night ;).
Lovely luxurious hotel. Good beds, great food in the restaurant and a nice shower. The best thing about the hotel is the service at the front desk. The staff was incredibly helpful with booking taxi's, finding ATM etc. Amazing service!!!!!
Thank you to Trang, Hyuen (apologies for spelling) for being so attentive and assisting with my requests and helping me get on both the shuttle and connecting bus to Hoi An.
They kept me updated throughout, were professional and lovely to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay on my next tour of Vietnam.
