The staff were excellent and very helpful in sorting out any issues one might have. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the food good

Cons:

For me the only drawback was the area itself, which didn’t have much one could walk to for a meal, coffee or small purchases.

Location was excellent and staff was very professional. Breakfast was alright but the food in general was good.

Cons:

The parking situation was abysmal, one entry way into a tiny basement and no efficient valet system meant guests lining up just to enter/leave the hotel. Also the rooms were incredibly small for the price being charged.
