Very good stay as a couple at prime located Hotel.
Pros:

From the start: really kind staff. Got free upgrade which made the stay very pleasant. From our (couple) perspective the location is prime - all best restaurants are in foot availability (for what is Belgrade famous). Glad we trusted this hotel.

brez lokalnega super osebja zelo povprecen hotel s precenjenim in wanna-be barom/zajtrkovalnico
Pros:

Najbolj bi pohvalila nekatere zaposlene v hotelu, izrecno Aleksando in Marino, ki sta se potrudili resiti vse prosnje. Izjemno sta prijazni in ustrezljivi, takih zaposlenih si vsak delodajalec lahko le zeli.

Cons:

Osebje v baru je vecinoma komuniciralo pretezno le v anglescini, hladno in hipstersko nezaintetesirano. Ponujajo le tri moznosti vnaprej pripravljenega zajtrka, vse tri z bolj ali manj enakimi sestavinami (brez brezkofeinske kave).

We were cheated !!!

Cons:

The hotel doesnt serve breakfast on their own, they have a seperate cafe operating near the hotel which doesnt like to serve hotel customers. You cant get any usual breakfast like bread, cheese, butter, cornflakes. Even we said our son had stomach problem and vomitted all night they offered us salmon or kinoa salad. We had to checkout on our first morning due to medical problem. The receptionist said they can refund to our credit card in a couple of days and we accepted. When we fly back to our country they messaged us that they can only refund cash. That means we were cheated.
