Lovely stay
there was a really dirty stain on the carpet as i entered the room and also on the chair in the rooms . i felt these were off putting not knowing what they wewe and could easily have been cleaned before i entered the room.otherwise everything was fine . i did take photos . also the entrance door down stairs was really heavy to open

While the online check-in was efficient, the lack of on-site staff was an issue when the fire alarms went off. An actual human presence would be nice!

Great property, very comfortable and convenient.

We booked 5 rooms for my family for a short family celebration stay; the rooms worked for us and were very convenient. We had the benefit of good weather; being more confined in poor weather would not have been as favourable as there is no social space in the facility.
Plus points :- flexible dates, nice clean rooms and corridors, comfortable beds, smart TV, lift between floors, central location, full length mirror, mirror over basin with shaver point. Managing agents are close by and very helpful.
Minus points :- Area around Ocean Cabins was noisy on Friday and Saturday evening (which we had expected and accepted for the sake of convenience). Tiny basin in every bathroom despite the space for a normal size basin. Toilet seats were loose in several of our en-suites. No towel rail/s to hang large wet towels after shower use - there is space to add this. Very minimal clothes hanging or drawer space (no problem for short stay but insufficient for a week or more). There is room to provide better storage, the room designer seems to have favoured the appearance of space (and probably cost saving) over practicality. A small mini bar size fridge would be good to keep small perishables and drinks and, in our case, baby food / milk - there is enough room for this but none is supplied making these rooms less desirable for longer stays.
Parking is relatively expensive in the immediately adjacent car park at £15 per 24 hours or a week at a cost of £100 (August 2024).

Amazing location and good value
The company was easy to get hold of when we turned up at the oceans cabin on the harbour instead of the oceans cabin on the square. They answered the phone straight away when we had an issue. The room was spacious for a couple. Was so clean and smelt lovely. It was right in the middle of everything in saundersfoot. It was perfect and we already can't wait to book with you again.
The accommodation was excellent, information provided prior to arrival was excellent, would definitely book again, would recommend the property for a weekend break

Couldn't have asked for anymore
Modern and well-appointed room. Conveniently located within a minute's walk from the beach.
The only criticism is that we could not gain access until 16.00 and we had to vacate by 10.00. I think 6 hours to prepare a room is too much.
Once we found the property (the listing shows a sister property a short walk away) it was easy to access. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very central but a tad noisy at night but only until 10pm. Parking is expensive, £15 for each night. If you were staying for a week that tots up.
Couldn’t fault the room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.
