We loved it!
Pros:

Definitely the highlight of our trip! Its a gorgeous hotel with an amazing view! They have great food and the staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Cons:

It was not a bad problem for us, but the room didnt have air conditioning, so it was very warm from 14:00 to 17:00. Best is to stay outside the room furing that time.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel à Guatapé ! La vue depuis la chambre est tout simplement incroyable, un vrai coup de cœur.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Gros plus également pour le service de room service, entièrement gratuit, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L’équipe est extrêmement disponible et réactive sur WhatsApp, toujours aux petits soins.

L’hôtel propose aussi différentes activités en supplément, comme des sorties en bateau, du jet-ski ou encore des massages, que l’on peut même faire directement sur le balcon de la chambre avec une vue magnifique.

Des Tuk-tuk sont également proposés pour rejoindre la ville, située à environ 20 minutes, et Piedra del Peñol à environ 10 minutes.

Une adresse que nous recommandons à 100 % pour la vue, le service et la qualité de l’accueil. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !

Hotel ist ok, aber bestenfalls 3 Sterne Niveau.
Pros:

Das Hotel an sich war sehr schön, ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind toll, aber brauchen eine Renovierung.

Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und desinteressiert, von der Rezeptionistin über die Bedienung im Restaurant. Hat mit 5 Sternen absolut nichts zu tun…

The view is breathtaking.
Pros:

Love the views, the room was really comfy and the staff was really accommodating. The food was great, and the additional amenities or experience how they call it are amazing, I really liked that they contacted me previous my stay to coordinate all the activities I could be interested and let me know the details about my stay.

Cons:

I didn't like that they don't mention the hills you need to walk between rooms and lobby/dinner, I went with my mom, and the place is not really suited for older people, you need to walk a lot and they don't have transportation options inside the property. The other thing I would change is that restaurant closes really early, so if you arrive late there's no food options or late snaks available.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Boato Hotel in Guatapé! The room was fantastic, beautiful, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional open-air massage by the lake—such a peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable experience in a stunning setting. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Cons:

However, there are a few things that could be improved. The rooms really need air conditioning, as the heat can become unbearable during the day. It would also be helpful to install mosquito screens on the doors and windows so that guests can leave them open without letting insects inside. Finally, more comfortable outdoor chairs would make it much easier to relax and enjoy the magnificent lakeside setting.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would be happy to return!

Un hotel muy tranquilo y cómodo. La habitación tiene una vista espectácular. El desayuno es muy rico y en general la comida del restaurante deliciosa. El personal súper amable, siempre atentos a cualquier solicitud

Cons:

La llegada es un poco complicada, ya que es por una vía medio destapada.
No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida o adultos mayores debido al acceso a la habitación.
Horario de bar y restaurante un poco reducido.

Neues, sauberes Hotel mit tollem Pool und Seeblick!
Pros:

Blick auf das Wasser. Bequeme Möbel am Pool. Hotel und Möbel komplett neu! Kostenlose Parkplätze dabei! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist der Aufgang zum El Penol - dem großen Felsen!

Cons:

Frühstück gab es nur eine Auswahl. Kein Buffet, aber das soll sich in Zukunft ändern. Es ist wie gesagt alles ganz neu, und man richtet sich noch ein!
