Pros:

The reception staff was very Polite, Supportive and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. Cold and tasteless. Also no restaurant so served in room. Trash pick up was lazy. Whole day no one comes to pick it up.

Worst nightmare
Pros:

Staff was cooperative

Cons:

The room which was allotted for us was having a heavy ciger smell . As a family, we all felt uncomfortable. So we asked for another room. Again ,the next room had the same issue. After explaining our issues about the odour, they gave us one room on the last floor. The room was not that great. After some time we saw a few bed bugs on the bed. Within some more time, we could see many more emerging from the bottom and it was a nightmare for us. Again we called the reception to change the room. They did. But the experience was something we never would like to experience in the future.
