Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή και κοντά στα τσιπουράδικα της παραλίας. Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο με ωραίο στρωμα.

Θα ήθελα λίγο περισσότερο σκοτάδι τη νύχτα. Κοιμήθηκα με τη λάμπα του δημοτικού φωτισμού να λούζει με φως το δωμάτιο

Μηδεν συσκοτιση μας αναγκασε να ξυπνησουμε πολυ νωρις,η τιμη γιαενα βραδυ ηταν υπερβολικη θεωρω στα αρνητικα βαζω και την ελειψη παρκινγκ για τετοια τιμη
Όμορφο διαμέρισμα πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Μπορείτε να παρκάρετε το αυτοκίνητο σας και να κινηθείτε παντού με τα πόδια. Πεντακάθαρο και με πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι.
Στα μείον η φασαρία στο δωμάτιο που βρίσκεται δίπλα στην κεντρική είσοδο.
Όλα ήταν πολύ όμορφα!
Δυστυχώς το κατάλυμα δεν διαθέτει πάρκινγκ κ η περιοχή είναι δύσκολη στην εύρεση θέσης! Επίσης, θα ήθελα να υπήρχαν περισσότεροι καφέδες μιας κ αυτοί δεν επαρκούσαν για τις 3 μέρες! Τέλος, θα μου άρεσε αν υπήρχαν παντόφλες μιας χρήσεως!
Είναι όλα απλά αλλά πολύ καλά μελετημένα για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το ότι δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν είναι το μεγαλύτερο του ατού. Υπάρχουν τα απαραίτητα σκεύη μαγειρικής, καφετιέρα και κάποιες κάψουλες για καφέ (ευχάριστη έκπληξη).
Είχαμε το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα, στο μπαλκονακι του οποίου υπάρχει απρόσκοπτη πρόσβαση από πόρτα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου, γεγονός που δημιουργεί ένα αίσθημα ανασφάλειας, και θα ήταν να κλειδώνει εκείνη η πόρτα. Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό και η ντουζιέρα ήταν μικρή και χρειαζόταν μάλλον να κλείνει με γυάλινη πόρτα λόγω μεγέθους (αλλιώς βγαίνουν όλα τα νερά έξω). Θέλει λίγο περισσότερη σχολαστικότητα στην προετοιμασία του δωματίου από τον έναν επισκέπτη στον επόμενο: η τοστιέρα είχε ψίχουλα από τον προηγούμενο χρήστη, επομένως ήταν απαραίτητη η χρήση λαδόκολλας ή αλουμινόχαρτο για αίσθηση καθαριότητας, ενώ το ένα από τα μπουκαλάκια με σαμπουάν ήταν μισογεμάτο, προφανώς από τον προηγούμενο χρήστη.
