Balkonmöbel waren nicht geputzt,
kein Kühlschrank,
es wurde nur ein großes Handtuch für zwei Personen bereitgestellt,
der Vorhang ist zu klein, dass man das Zimmer nicht abdunkeln kann,

Frühstück, Lage, freundliches Personal, Early Check-In

Cons:

Nach der Vorfreude über den spontan ermöglichten Early Check-In gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war an vielen Stellen wirklich verunreinigt (schmutziges Geschirr, Flecken im Kühlschrank, abgestandener Kaffeesud in der Maschine). Wurde allerdings nach einem Anruf alles rasch von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter beseitigt. Nichtsdestotrotz kein schönes Ankommen.

Lage und seit unserem letzten Besuch vor ca 1 Jahre schon deutliche Abnutzung, die nicht behoben wird - zB Klebereste einer Halterung im Bad, abblätternder Stoff am Bettgestell, usw.

Zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer, schöner Balkon aber Luft nach oben!

Das Zimmer liegt zentral in Graz, ist sehr groß und hatte einen tollen Balkon.

Cons:

Das Kopfteil des Bettes hat seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, Das dazu gebuchte Frühstück konnte nicht im Garten eingenommen werden, da alles Plätze reserviert waren. Außerdem ist nur ein Kaffee inkludiert. Das Personal war leider sehr im Stress und das hat man auch gemerkt. Die Rückmeldung auf Rezensionen von Blackhome Graz sind vorgefertigte Antwortmails. Schade!

Es waren 2 Gläser da, aber kein Wasser. Es gab keine Leselampen am Bett, nur 1 große Stehlampe auf einer Seite. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher+ Kaffee.
