Gutes Konzept, moderner offener Raum. Toller Balkon zum grünen und ruhigen Innenhof hin. Breiter Waschtisch mit 2 Becken und sehr großem Spiegel. Super stylisches Stiegenhaus. Klimaanlage wirkungsvoll. Top Frühstückscafe im Erdgeschoss

Nahe an der Oper, Parkgarage Apcoa in 5 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-out. Zusätzlich gebuchtes Frühstück fantastisch.

Cons:

Der Computer für den Self-Check-in ist vor dem Gebäude. Leider hat er bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung wenig Kontrast (man sieht die Felder nicht sehr gut). Und alle 20 Sekunden fragt das System ob man den Check-in abbrechen will.

Der Preis war total überzogen, 700 Euro für eine Übernachtung in diese Bruchbode.
Keine Rolle Ersatztoilettenpapier, Bohrlöcher sichtbar in der Wand. Insgesamt sehr schlechter Allgemeinzustand des Hauses.
Die Klimaanlage war bei Ankunft nicht eingeschaltet.

Die Wohnung hat uns leider enttäuscht. Dass es eine Kellerwohnung ist, sollte im Vorfeld klarer kommuniziert werden. Für die gebotene Qualität ist der Preis zu hoch, vor allem weil die Einrichtung Mängel aufweist. Mehrere Möbelstücke und die Armaturen im Badezimmer waren kaputt oder abgenutzt. Keine Weiterempfehlung zu diesem Preis.
