Cons:

Our room hot water was mostly warm. Could not enjoy a hot shower during our stay. However the kids rooms seem to have had hot water

Issue was reported to reception and they indicated it would be sorted by Maintenance team

We had a great time and stay, the whole experience was exceptional and lovely.

Amazing experience with delicious breakfast 🥰
Pros:

The staff was very friendly helpful and hospitable. Beautiful scenery, excellent breakfast service . Boat cruise was amazing, enjoyed the sights along the Zambezi river.

Cons:

The food menu was limited , not so much variety and some dishes on the menu wasn’t nice .
