Beautiful Views Damaged by Poor Service and Lack of Cleanliness
Pros:

Loved the beautiful location and stunning views of the Zambezi River. The facilities were excellent, and the overall property infrastructure was top-notch.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service did not match the high price tag of a resort. We felt like just a number rather than valued guests. While a handful of staff members were friendly if we initiated a greeting, the overall service fell short—and one waitress at breakfast was particularly unprofessional. Additionally, the standard of cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed. For the amount they charge, the guest experience and service quality need serious improvement. Overall, I was very disappointed.

A good hotel let down by a spa booking mix-up and poor, unequal service at breakfast.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was good. The facilities, rooms and general environment were comfortable and well kept.

Cons:

At the spa, staff insisted we had booked an earlier slot and were running late, which wasn't the case. They offered a shorter treatment, and only agreed to start the full one after we declined and they rechecked the booking. Even then, the treatment ended well before the time we had paid for.

At breakfast, we waited a long time before anyone served us tea. At the pool bar it was worse: white guests who arrived after us were served first, while we were left waiting. This happened repeatedly and felt like clear racial profiling. It was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome, and I hope management addresses it with staff.

Wunderschöne Anlage, alles perfekt
Pros:

Was für ein Traum. Wir hatten auf unserer 16-Tage-Afrika-Rundreise viele schöne Hotels, aber das Reddest in Blue Livingston, das war wirklich absolut das Schönste. So ein tolles Ambiente, wunderschöner Pool, traumhafte Lage, sehr schönes Ambiente. Also alles ganz, ganz, ganz toll. Vielen, vielen Dank. Auch die Flussfahrt mit dem Hotelschiff war ein toller Einstieg, also war es auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Hier war alles perfekt. Tolles Hotel.

After researching places to stay, I know I chose the right one!!
Pros:

Beautiful property…layout was easy to navigate. Room was comfortable. Staff members were always friendly and smiling. Location was good.
