Worst hotel to stay. No Privacy for customers,anyone can just know j your door

Cons:

Worst service ever. No privacy at all not at all sorry form the management. I m going to sue them. One person who is renting a shop in Raddison ,just took our room number form the reception and came directly to my room and knocked the door. Where is there safety for customers here. I already completed about this to the management and no one even responded back untill we called them 100 times on an update on the complain.

The views, variety of meals, staff friendliness, location closer to important amenities. Make sure you boo a sunset cruise sooo breathtaking. Loved it much.

Pros:

The property is beautiful, it’s clean and has beautiful amenities! I also enjoyed the Boma dinner…There’s lots to do within the property. There’s also plenty of activities to do close to the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing , but maybe the pool could be closed a bit later. It’s difficult to swim when the sun is still high up .

The chairs outside my room by the porch were not clean. It also took a long time for towels to be replaced on the 2nd day.

The staff was so late to respond to everything. Total waste of money. The breakfast was also not really nice. They could not understand even simple things asked. They kept on avoiding every request.
