Rooms were nice and clean - including bathroom. Airconditioning worked well, and breakfast was nice. Lovely jugo natural!
We had our laundry done, but we forgot to ask for the price beforehand, and the price was just outrageous - aprox 190000 colombian pesos. It took away something from an otherwise good experience.
We stayed three nights at Albarrada Hotel Boutique in Mompox and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The air conditioning was a real lifesaver, as the temperatures were extremely high. We also greatly appreciated being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was good, and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to the young gentleman working the night shift, who was especially helpful. We also appreciated the practical information provided at check-in about protecting ourselves from sunstroke and mosquitoes—it was thoughtful and useful.
There are a couple of suggestions for future guests and for the hotel. We asked to have a few clothing items washed, since in Mompox you quickly end up with sweat-soaked clothes. Although we asked several times about the price, we were only presented with the bill on the evening before our departure: over COP 192,000 (more than €60). We found this to be excessively expensive for a small amount of laundry. More importantly, we recommend that the hotel provide a clear price list in advance so guests can make an informed decision. Transparency is more important than the amount itself.
Another small suggestion would be to provide a waste basket in the room, as this would make the stay more convenient.
Overall, this is a charming small hotel in an excellent location. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff are what make it stand out, and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well located. Close to the Malecón, which is full of restaurants and to the pier. Very beautiful inside, with comfortable rooms and big bathrooms. The staff was extremely kind and attentive.
The air conditioning was not very powerful, so it took a while to properly cool the room.
Nice small garden. Early breakfast at 6 AM with eggs, juice, cacao, fruits and coffee.
