1۔ ہوٹل میں سب سے اچھی بات جو مجھے ذاتی طور پہ بہت پسند ائی وہ نماز تکبیر اولی ساتھ پڑھنے کا انتظام تھا . مین ہال میں صفیں بچھی تھی جہاں پر نماز پڑھائی جاتی ہے . اس کے علاوہ ہوٹل کا سٹاف بہت ہی اچھا اور کواپریٹو ہے . ہوٹل کے کمرے بہت ہی اچھے بڑے اور کشادہ ہیں . کچھ خامیاں ضرور ہیں لیکن وہ اچھائی کے بوجھ تلے دب کے محسوس نہیں ہوتی . یہ ایک اچھا فیملی ہوٹل ہے جہاں اپ اپنے گھر والوں کے ساتھ ا کر گھر جیسا ماحول پائیں گے . صفائی کا خاص خیال رکھا جاتا ہے اور واش روم بھی صاف ستھرے ہیں . باقی پیسوں کے حساب سے بہت اچھا ہوٹل ہے اگر اپ زیادہ فیسلٹیز چاہتے ہیں اور تو اپ کو زیادہ پیسے خرچ کرنے پڑیں گے .
ہوٹل کے اے سی کی سروس ضرور کروائیں. باقی چھوٹی موٹی خامیاں ہوٹل کے سٹاف کے اچھے برتاؤ کی وجہ سے نظر انداز ہو جاتی ہیں .
The room was spacious and good according to the price. The staff was extremely friendly especially the owner Anas.

The hotel room door locked automatically two times, and my daughter got scared. The room looked great in the pictures, but it was different in real life. I feel like I wasted my money.

Washroom renovation is a bit required. Extension was not working.
Mosquitoes were there in the room. It was closed but I don't know where they came from. Also it would be better if the bedsheets were cleaner.
The staff at reception was very nice, accommodating and honest. Specially Mr Annus and his counterpart are very accommodating and humble. They behaved very professionally and allowed even a late checkout without any additional charges. Purely family place at a prime location in Lahore at a very reasonable charges. 👌
Their staff was so humble and cooperative that they did not gave any chance to focus on any bad part to be honest.

An Outstanding Experience! My recent stay at Hotel Rose Inn was absolutely superb!
From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations by far. First and foremost, the service was simply commendable. The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help. Every minor need of mine was taken care of, and their promptness and sincerity truly won me over. It felt as if every employee was making every effort to treat me as a special guest. The room was also exceptional clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with modern amenities. I had a wonderful sleep, and my day started with a fresh feeling. The food was also delicious; . Overall, Hotel Rose Inn provided me with a memorable experience. If you're looking for excellent service, a comfortable environment, and perfection in everything, then Hotel Rose Inn is for you. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay again!

Location is good
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, everything was a disaster. The bathroom was absolutely filthy — moldy, smelly, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were dirty, and there was zero attention to hygiene or comfort.
The air conditioner wasn’t working in the first room. I complained multiple times, but the staff kept giving excuses and refused to change the room. After a long argument and complete lack of professionalism, they finally gave me another room — and guess what? The AC there was just as useless. It was impossible to sleep in the heat and discomfort.
They didn’t provide even the most basic essentials — no towel, no soap, no shampoo, no blankets. After several requests, they handed me an old, worn-out towels and a smelly, stained blanket that looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages. The room was so poorly maintained that even the door wouldn’t lock properly.
Nothing about this place was acceptable. The cleanliness, the service, the staff attitude — everything was a complete failure. This hotel should not even be operational in its current condition. Avoid at all costs — I wouldn’t stay here again even for free.
