Pros:

Amazing stay with my teenage kids. Staff were lively and helpful. The property was a hidden gem. The rooms were clean and new.

Pros:

It was truly a wonderful hotel. Even the little things that you often find missing in hotels had been thought of. It was both so aesthetically beautiful and stylish, yet also well-organized, with every possible need taken into consideration. I definitely would have loved to stay longer.

The hotel isn’t located directly inside the castle in the Old Town, but it’s still very central.

Location was excellent and a very relaxing setting. Some tweaks would make it even better.
Pros:

Location of Casa Natura is wonderful as everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants and bars are close by and you can walk to both the old medieval town and the beach in 10-15 minutes. The feel of the courtyard area was very inviting and we loved the decor and calm aspect of the property.

Cons:

Although the room was beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing our bed and pillows were too hard and we could not get comfortable and did not sleep well. Unfortunately this was not helped by early morning noise from reception which was a problem. On our first morning as we were woken at 7:30 when the kitchen and cleaning staff arrived and were talking loudly in reception.
Breakfast is 15 euros per person extra and in our opinion was not worth it. There are lots of eateries on your doorstep where breakfast provides greater choice and is better value.
