Great stay with the warmest staff and almost all you can wish for!
Pros:

The staff was amazing, made us feel very welcome and were always in a great mood!

Cons:

Hard to think of something, maybe small detail was that there were no hooks for towels in the bath room..

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι όμορφη, πάνω στη θάλασσα, σε έναν πολύ ωραίο κόλπο.

Cons:

Κλείσαμε από τον Φεβρουάριο τέσσερα ίδια δωμάτια.
Κατά το check-in (τα τρία από τα τέσσερα ζευγάρια εξυπηρετήθηκαν με early check-in),
διαπιστώσαμε ότι το δικό μας βρισκόταν στον πρώτο όροφο, ακριβώς πάνω από τον χώρο του πρωινού, με την τέντα μπροστά στο μπαλκόνι και σχεδόν μηδενική ιδιωτικότητα, καθώς οι επισκέπτες του πρωινού βρίσκονταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής.
Όταν επισήμανα, με απόλυτα ήρεμο τρόπο, ότι είχαμε κλείσει τέσσερα ίδια δωμάτια, η αντίδραση του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν σοκαριστική. Στάθηκε απέναντί μου και άρχισε να μου ουρλιάζει για αρκετά λεπτά, υψώνοντας συνεχώς τη φωνή του. Επαναλάμβανε διαρκώς: “Δεν θα μου πείτε εσείς ποιον θα βάλω σε ποιο δωμάτιο”, “δεν φτάνει που κουβάλησα τις βαλίτσες σας” (τις οποίες ούτε του δώσαμε, ούτε και κουβάλησε) και άλλα διάφορα τα οποία αδυνατώ να θυμηθώ από την έκπληξη μου!
Δεν μου έδωσε καμία δυνατότητα να κάνω έναν φυσιολογικό διάλογο, καθώς κάθε προσπάθειά μου να μιλήσω διακοπτόταν από νέες φωνές.
Αποφάσισα να σταματήσω τη συζήτηση, ώστε να μην χαλάσουν οι διακοπές της παρέας μας. Καθώς απομακρυνόμουν, με ειρωνεύτηκε λέγοντας: «Α, μπα; Τώρα θα πάτε;».
Σε κανένα σημείο της διαμονής μας δεν υπήρξε η παραμικρή συγγνώμη.
Στα τόσα χρόνια που ταξιδεύουμε δεν έχουμε ξαναζήσει τέτοια συμπεριφορά

Τελικά, το θέμα δεν ήταν το δωμάτιο. Ήταν ο τρόπος με τον οποίο αντιμετωπίστηκα. Ένα δωμάτιο μπορεί να μην είναι ακριβώς αυτό που περίμενες, όμως η αγένεια, οι φωνές και η προσβλητική συμπεριφορά, δεν έχουν θέση στη φιλοξενία.
Η ποιότητα ενός ξενοδοχείου δεν κρίνεται μόνο από τα δωμάτια, αλλά και από τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αντιμετωπίζει τους επισκέπτες του όταν προκύπτει ένα ζήτημα.
Δυστυχώς, η συμπεριφορά που βιώσαμε επισκίασε την εμπειρία της διαμονής μας.
