Solo estuve una noche, me fue muy bien
Pros:

Estuve solamente una noche con mi familia. Llegué muy tarde en la noche y me atendió Geraldine en la recepción, quien fue muy diligente y me ayudó a ubicarme rápido para poder descansar. Todo perfecto, gran desayuno.

Llegamos y no tenían idea de nuestra reservación (expidia) lo cual es bastante incómodo e incorrecto. Ya no había disponibilidad del tipo de habitación solocitada. El proceso de check-in lento, solo una persona atendiendo.

Adicionalmente, la habiatación que recibimos estaba a medio organizar, no tenía toallas, la cama sin tendidos, el piso mojado…

Y finalmente, no es un hotel barato para q la habitación sea tan básica en sus mobiliario.


Resalto la calidad del restaurante y el desayuno que incluía y el aire acondicionado que funcionaban super bien.

El único defecto, el internet. es terrible y como en la zona la señal de celular no es buena, si deberían mejorar el internet.
