I arrived with an ankle injury and the staff went overboard assisting me. Lovely people.
Pros:

I travel a lot and forgot that Africa likes spicy foods. But that was my fault for not remembering. I did order something that turned out too spicy but they graciously brought another order without spices. Very nice.

Can't think of anything.

لقد فقدت كرت فتح باب الغرفة وعند طلب المساعدة من الاستقبال طلبو مني عشرون دولار قيمة الكرت وهذا الامر ازعجني ولدي ملاحظة اخرى وجود روايح كريهة في دورات المياة وتم ابلاغ النظافة ومازالت ،الملاحظة الثالثة وجود ازعاج لان الفندق في مركز تجاري .استقبال الفندق بجوار محلات تجارية في الدور الثالث الانتظار حتى قدوم المصعد

الموظفين ممتازين وتعاونهم والموقع جيد لقرب الخدمات

Cons:

يبدأ الاستقبال من الدور الثالث بمصعد والصعود للغرف بمصعد ثاني ، دورة المياه الماء الحار يحتاج الى انتظار 12 دقيقة للنزول ، غرفتي اطلالتها على منور والغرفة بدون مكيف !! واطلالة جزئية على الشارع يدخل هواء بسيط
