I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service and hospitality we received during our stay.

A very special thank you to Mr. Nader, Reception Manager at The Grand Hotel. He was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful. He listened carefully to our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and satisfied. His excellent attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience.

I would also like to give a very special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Taha from Guest Relations at The Grand Resort. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and supportive. He regularly followed up with us to make sure that everything was going well and that everyone in our group was happy and comfortable.

Both Mr. Nader and Mr. Mohamed Taha are excellent examples of true hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guest satisfaction made our experience memorable.

Wonderful and value for money
Pros:

The Location, The Supportive staff specially Mr.Mohamed (Food and beverage manager), chef Mahmoud (Grill), Mohram in the lobby, chef during breakfast, the housekeeping, waiters and the chefs. All in all , all the team are happy to help. The beach, beach activities, food in both restaurants especially arabesque restaurant are incredible.

Our stay was amazing and enjoyable

The hotel’s location is excellent, the swimming pool is wonderful, and the beach is beautiful and very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great hospitality and service.
