Nice hotel, good value for money.
Pros:

The food was really nice, pool nice but cold, didn't spend ant time by the beach.

Cons:

Wine as not nice at all.

Pros:

A szállás közel van a repülőtérhez, de csendes! Gyönyörű ápolt kertje van amely már önmagában is felüdülés! Saját tengerpartja rendezett tiszta! A személyzet a kertésztől kezdve a pincérekig a londiner a takarítófiú mind mind mosolygós segítőkész és udvarias! Teljes mértékben odafigyelnek az egyedi igényekre!!!

Cons:

Nagyon csúszós a kert járólapja! Óvatosan!!!!

酒店设施很完善，虽然陈旧但是很干净，酒店不仅仅停留在90年代让人怀念的装修风格，90年代的服务热情也一并留存了下来。酒店员工非常友善，服务也非常周到。
楼宇，泳池和沙滩间洋溢着阳光海岸的度假氛围
非常值得一提的是餐厅提供的餐点非常非常美味，而且样式繁多，制作用心，几乎可以说是超过了很多五星级酒店的水平。
酒店的位置也属于赫尔格达市区范围内，处于所有包接送的旅行项目的免费接送区内，门口就是家乐福超市和CIB银行，周边是RED SEA HOTELS联盟的多个酒店集群，地理位置非常方便。
我们在这里度过了整个旅途中最棒的一段休憩时光

Cons:

Booking上只提供双床房一种预定选项，在完全没有接到相关通知的情况下，我们到达后被告知没有房源，不得不让Booking客服介入。我们不仅闹得很不愉快，浪费了很多度假时间，而且更让我们感到好笑的是，酒店收到投诉之后竟然还真的腾出房源来了。我不知道酒店是在诈我们去订隔壁的The Grand Resort还是真的没有房，但无论是哪一种都反应了客房管理上不够明晰。既然不能保证房间分配，那就应该在Booking上把具体有什么房都列出来，贵酒店所谓"必须要到入住的前夜才能得知入住日有什么房可用"这种规划模式是我所闻所未闻、难以理解的。既然我在Booking平台上正常地预定了双床房，那么我就要维护我的权利。您们知道，总会有客人像我所带领的两家人一样在大床房分配不开的。

但因为酒店本身的素质和员工的努力与友善，我愿意撤销此前的申诉，并且给你们8分。我还是希望能有更多的人来到这家酒店享受假期。

Oda temizliği ve olanakları iyi değildi, yemekler bizim kültüre pek uygun değil, odada Su ısıtıcı yoktu. Mobilyalar yeni boyanmış, boya kokusu çok rahatsız ediciydi.

Sehr gutes umfangreiches und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück , Mittag und Abendbrot !
Sehr gepflegte und großzügige Gartenanlage !!!

Cons:

Die Gästezimmer im alten Bereich des Hotels ( 500bis 580 ) sind stark renovierungsbedürftig !!!
Schlecht schließende Türen, Schimmel und marode Sanitäreinrichtungen !!!

wenn Hotelleitung Renovierungen durchführt+ Angaben in Booking-com zutreffen,Komme ich wieder.

Lage und Anlage mit Bäumen, Pflanzen und Katzen

Cons:

Badewimmer: Abflusssstopper
Zimmer: Terassentür lässt sich nicht schließen, Klimaanlage extralaut und ohne Wirkung
Essen: Beide Restaurants servierten das Gleiche. Arabesque-Restaurant hatte mittags geschlossen

We did two short stays before our live aboard dive holiday and was low cost I will pay more in future to stay somewhere

This was a well laid out hotel the facilities where good

Cons:

The food was not very nice many meats dry breakfast was not aimed at UK travellers. And the drinks were small in size means you have to order multiple.
