Pros:

الغرفة رقم 616. بجد فريق العمل للفندق كله جميل ومحترم ومتعاون اهم حاجه عندهم راحه ال client. شكرا جدا على الغرفة الحلوه اوى. وشكرا لكل تيم الreception استاذ ابراهيم واستاذ مصطفى. وكل الشكر والامتنان للاستاذ / محمد معوض بجد قمة فى الاحترام والذوق. وكل الشكر لتيم المطعم هناك قمه فى الذوق.
كانت اقامة مميزة فى كل النواحى من حيث النضافة والموقع والاكل والراحة داخل الفندق. انشاء الله تتكرر الزياره قريب وهتكون ثالث مره لينا. شكرا جدا The Grand Hotel فعلا من احلى الفنادق.

Struttura non da 4 stelle, Wi-Fi Pessimo e Teli Mare
Pros:

Spiaggia molto grande con mare pulito, l'unica cosa che non c'è barriera corallina, ombrelloni grandi e distanziati e ottimo gli scivoli e bar sulla spiaggia dove si poteva tranquillamente pranzare nei 2 ristoranti.

Cons:

Struttura un pò datata, abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, le cose che non mi sono piaciute: Internet assente funzionava solo alla reception e ogni volta dovevano inserire il codice di accesso non ci hanno mai dato login e password. I teli mare erano disponibili in camera ma venivano cambiati solo se andavi alla reception a chiedere la sostituzione con teli nuovi....Per un resort di 4 stelle credo che sia fondamentale il Wi-Fi in ogni parte della struttura compreso la spiaggia e i teli mare devono essere consegnati in spiaggia.

الفندق كان مفاجأة بالنسبة لنا فى كل شئ فى تنوع الطعام وجودته ومساحته الواسعة والنظافة والمعاملة كانت على أفضل ما يكون من كل العاملين وخصوصا مستر محمد معوض المدير المسئول عن المواد الغذائية والمشروبات وهو فعلا واجهة مشرفة للسياحة فى مصر
