Pros:

Ausstattung und Lage waren hervorragend. In der Küche konnte man sich Kaffee zubereiten und im Aufenthaltsraum bequem sitzen, essen oder arbeiten.

Cons:

Speziell in meinem Zimmer im Untergeschoss war leider ein Raum mit Haustechnik, vielleicht einer Klimaanlage oder ähnlichem, die sehr laut war und sich nicht abschalten ließ.

Convenient, Affordable, Cozy
Pros:

The apartment unit had all the basics amenities. I loved that the fridge had a water dispenser as well as a whole Bevi fountain in the lobby/lounge. Super convenient location. Also really appreciate their pet-friendly policies!

Cons:

Wish there was some type of receptionist on the property, but it wasn’t an issue.

Pros:

It appeared to be an old building with lots of exposed pipes. Our room was on the lowest level, not a very good view but really nice room. Very spacious.

Overall, good stay.There were just a few things that needed improvement, but the location was great.

There were some maintance issues that needed to be taken care of.
The floor in the bathroom was coming up and the toilet was wobbly and needed to be secured.
There is also a lot of noise in general. Other units, outside noise, etc.

Great location. Clean and spacious.

Cons:

With solid floors, walls, ceilings, etc, it was so loud. We had 7 people and when we laughed while playing board games, I received text messages that we were exceeding the noise limit. We felt like we had to whisper to be respectful to neighbors.

Blooming wonderful.
Pros:

Location was excellent we walked everywhere. Felt safe. The lobby was beautiful, nice couches and smelt so nice as you entered the building. Pity there weren't any toilet facilities in the lobby. The room was great had everything we needed.
