Clean property
Excellent service from the check in to the staff on the breakfast
The beds so comfy
The rooms are clean
The breakfast descent but good quality and we like it
We like the hotel for the first time we visit and we will visit again

Bad hygine with no hot water

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel for the last five years, and until recently, everything was excellent. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been a real disappointment, particularly when it comes to hygiene and the bathroom facilities.
Having a shower without hot water is not acceptable, especially when this happens on a daily basis. The overall condition and setup of the room and bathroom also felt very fragile and, unfortunately, not as clean as they should have been.
It is a real shame, as I have always liked this hotel and have stayed here regularly over the years. Unfortunately, after my last two experiences, this will probably be my last stay.

Pros:

Location was very good and room is very bright. My booking did not include breakfast.

Cons:

Did not like the cigarette smell specially at the corridor leading to my room. The hotel should be more strict on non smoking policy. Also they were not flexible with late check out.
