Jasmine Pyramids Hotel

This is an economy hotel. The compound entrance was beautiful. The swimming pool was Devine and the staff were lovely, especially the Assistant Manager, Ahmed. The service was outstanding, the room was nice..great value.Thanks to all of you!

The hotel was excellent. Everything worked at the staff was excellent. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.Khalid, Mavin,Shahd,Fares,Abdullah,Rwan,Youseff,Nema,Omina, Ayal,Rouof,Rafet,Madam,Azaa. They were all helpful and on my birthday. They gave me a cake and balloons, and I was so surprised and thankful for the staff at the hotel. They were all wonderful to me.

The hotel was very clean, the food was great, the view of the Pyramids at dinner was amazing.

Awesome people with the feeling how welcoming they were. And to make you feel it was the most satisfying experience.

I stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel with my mum and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was lovely and clean and you could see the pyramids from outside the hotel, but what set it apart from other hotel stays was the service.

From the beginning Ahmed was very responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. Raouf was on the main desk and I have to commend his professionalism, exceptional hospitality and warmth throughout. We travelled over my mum’s birthday and they arranged a lovely cake and decorations to surprise her. Thank you to all the staff who helped with this - Raouf, Rafaat, Khalid, Mohammed and anyone else I have missed!

The breakfast was great, Abdallah prepared lots of traditional Egyptian foods which we were able to try and they provided continental options too. My mum became obsessed with guava and they made sure there was plenty of those for her to eat!

It was our first time visiting Egypt and we would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!!!!

Me and my wife came to Egypt for our anniversary trip. Decided to stay at the Jasmine Hotel while we visited the pyramids. This is a very nice place, clean, and has a wonderful medditerian vibe with the courtyard and pool. At night, this courtyard is absolutely stunning. The WiFi worked very well, had no issues. Breakfast has a large variety of dishes....some western food/ and some Egyptian cuisine. There is also a rooftop restaurant, that is available for guests of Jasmine Hotel, although a reservation is required....the hotel receptionist can help with this arrangement. Beautiful view of pyramids from this restaurant.Across the road is the Marriott Mena House which has very good restaurants, although pricey. Keep in mind that the Mena gate entrance to the pyramids is now permanently closed....this is the entrance down the road from Jasmine Hotel. From April 8th of 2025, all visitors to the pyramids must use the official new "Great Gate". It's on the western edge of the Pyramid complex. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. On several occasions we needed Uber/taxi.....the receptionist took care of everything. Amazing, friendly people here. During our 3 night stay here, we meet many tourists from different places. Enter through a bIack metal gate from the street to access the courtyard/hotel entrance. We loved it here. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel when visiting Giza !!!

Very good stay, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was very varied and tasty. Jasmine is like a nest in the middle of a rough area in renovation.Staff very kind and helpful.
Don’t miss the roof top restaurant with a fantastic view of the pyramids.

Nice hotel and close to the pyramids. Staff always wemt above and beyond. Marina at the front desk was always helpful whenever we needed something. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were polite and very friendly. I'd lost my charger for my phone and one of the young ladies gave me 1 to use for my stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel even next to major rode was quiet. I got some much needed sleep.

My friend, her daughter, and I recently stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Ahmed and Raouf stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile.
We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special .
While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay.
Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, heartfelt service, and easy access to Cairo’s iconic landmarks. The entire team is amazing everyone is genuinely happy to help, and their hospitality made our visit unforgettable.

Good stuff

The staff were so helpful, Ahmed, Raouf, Hussein the tour guide were all helpful and have made our stay enjoyable. On my daughters birthday, they help me to surprise her in style.

If you were debating between this hotel and the Mena across the street, do not hesitate and book this one not only is it a quarter of the price everyone there is super helpful and you can just walk over to the Mena. We did it two nights in a row and felt comfortable doing so. The staff was able to get us a ride everywhere and helped with everything!

The guys at the front desk are really amazing at what they do. Excellent customer service!
