Pros:

The location was great, but that is not worth the price tag, there's airbnbs in the same area that are much nicer and cleaner at a similar price range.

Cons:

This hotel was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had.

The photos on the website were completely misleading and did not reflect the reality of the property. The rooms were extremely small, poorly lit, and felt nothing like what was advertised. The rooftop bar, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was literally nothing like the promotional photos and descriptions. It was a major letdown.

The service was equally unacceptable. Room service was consistently poor, and housekeeping regularly failed to do even the basics. On multiple occasions, our room was not cleaned, and our towels were not replaced because housekeeping simply forgot.

To make matters worse, the check-out times listed on the website were incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. There was also no bellman available to assist with luggage, which is a standard service one would reasonably expect from a hotel claiming a 5-star rating.

For a property that presents itself as a 5-star hotel, the service, cleanliness, and amenities were below 1-star standards. The entire experience fell far short of expectations, and I have genuinely stayed in cleaner, better-managed, and more comfortable Airbnbs in Athens.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

מנהלת המלון מאוד מאוד נחמדה ועוזרת ורואים שהיא רוצה שאורחי המלון יהיו שבאי רצון!
אישרו לנו לשהות בחדר מעבר לשעת הצ׳יק אאוט (אומנם רק לאחר שיחה עם המנהלת של המלון - בקבלה העובדת הראשונה ששאלנו אותה לא הסכימה).

Cons:

הארוחת בוקר עלובה. מאפים ישנים - מאפים צריך להביא מאותו היום ולא ממספר ימים לפני. כל העמדות אוכל חם היו כבויות והאוכל היה קר - שזה ממש לא ברור לי.
המלון לא מלון ברמה חמישה כוכבים, לא ברמת השירות למעט מנהלת המלון, לא ברמת החדרים , מתקני המלון, ארוחת הבוקר ונראות כללית.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. nettes Restaurant mit Blick auf die Akropolis

Cons:

Fenster schlossen nicht richtig. daher Nachts etwas laut. Seifenspender im Bad wurde zwei Tage lang nicht nachgefüllt.

לא אכלנו ארוחת בוקר. המיקום היה מעולה

Cons:

חלונות לא מבודדים. יש רעש אימים בחדר. הניקיון לא משהו, הצוות אפאתי. (ביקשנו עוד שקית ניילון לכביסה) הביאו רק אחרי שתי תזכורות אחרי 12 שעות.
חיפפו בניקיון החדר.
מבטיחים חדר כושר. החדר חרפה. לא מתוחזק ומרגיש צינוק

although they publisheing themselves as 5 stars

Zentrale Lage und guter Blick aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant auf die Akropolis.

Cons:

Wäre schön gewesen beim Frühstück frische Früchte zu haben und nicht gefrorene Erdbeeren und Pfirsiche aus der Dose.
