Mieszkanie jest blisko centrum

Cons:

W mieszkaniu jest ciemno. Jest nieprzyjemny zapach, jakby wilgoci. Łazienka jest wilgotna i nie ma komfortu z jej korzystania. Brak czajnika, w mieszkaniu było zimno,mimo załączonej klimatyzacji.

Sehr geräumig und tolle Lage. Parkplätze in der Umgebung zu finden war kein Problem.

Pros:

La zona particolarmente vicina alla stazione è lo staff molto disponibile oltre che la comodità della casa con un ottimo condizionatore.

Cons:

Forse un' po' di odore di umido, sembra un luogo che potrebbe essere soggetto a muffa ma nonostante tutto è tenuto sotto controllo e la situazione in questione è gestita bene.

Soggiorno perfetto, consigliatissimo!
Pros:

La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi da tutto quello che serve: mezzi pubblici, ristoranti e attrazioni principali come l’isola di Ortigia!
Trovare parcheggio è molto facile perché non ci sono strisce blu nei dintorni, la zona è sicura e tranquilla.
L’host è stato estremamente cordiale, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza.
La struttura è pulita e accogliente.
Un soggiorno piacevole! Ci tornerei volentieri!

Cons:

Era tutto perfetto, l’unica pecca (purtroppo non modificabile) la scala per arrivare alle camere, un po’ ripida e con i bagagli si può fare un po’ fatica, del resto tutto bene!

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko starego miasta, w pobliżu wiele restauracji i kawiarni.
Dostaliśmy pokój na parterze, co było bardzo komfortowe mając wózek i małe dziecko.
Będąc w styczniu klimatyzacja dała radę ogrzać pomieszczenie i było ciepło.
Raz był problem z brakiem ciepłej wody, ale po kontakcie z pracownikami w ciągu 15 minut naprawili to.

Cons:

Kuchnia nie jest dobrze wyposażona - brakowało normalnego czajnika, ostrego noża, kieliszków do wina, większej ilości sztućców. Gdyby była mikrofalówka, to byłoby ekstra, bo wszystko musieliśmy odgrzewać w piekarniku.
Był problem z przeciekającym prysznicem przy większym wypływie wody.
Okropnie niewygodne łóżko nam się trafiło, dobrze że była dostawka obok, którą sobie rozłożyliśmy i spało się dużo wygodniej.

Pros:

The apartment is large, bed is comfortable, nice shower and the kitchen was equipped with basic supplies. The street is well lit at night. The small balcony looks out over an old roof top giving it slight view, which is better than most that look into another building.

Cons:

The keys are used for the main power switch shutting all the lights off when you leave. When coming back at night it's dark by the apartment door entrance until the key is put back into the main switch.
