הצוות השתדל לעזור. הסכימו לבטל לילה שני בבנין קליפר.

Cons:

החדר הראשון היה בקליפר. מאד ישן ולא נעים. ביקשנו לעבור לסלאקו. החדר בסלאקו היה יותר גדול והיה יותר נעים לשהות בו. אין מה לעשות בסביבה.

Pros:

Pratique lorsque l'on arrive tard car accueil 24/24 et pas trop de route depuis l'aéroport.
Le personnel a été accueillant. Le petit déjeuner bien, parfaitement ressemblant à celui d'un hôtel de métropole ! Nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit venant des chambres voisines. Une bagagerie permet de stocker ses valises si on ne souhaite pas partir à l'heure de libérer la chambre.

Cons:

Un bruit de ventilation très fort venant d'un bâtiment juste en face de notre chambre. Rédhibitoire pour se détendre sur le joli balcon. Dommage. Heureusement fenêtres fermées on a pu dormir.

Pros:

Bonjour, Malheureusement nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants et booking nous a dispacher dans 2 établissements différents.
Ma mère (87 ans) et mon fils (13 ans) au Prao (appart hotel) et mon épouse, ma petite fille et moi au clipper (Chambre banale) Heureusement ce n'était que pour 1 nuit mais... Le personnel très sympa a compensé l'erreur faite par booking. La plage est superbe et le piano bar très agréable malgré un service un peu long. Je recommande qd même cet établissement

retard sur la réception de la chambre, appel d'un employé car cette dernière ne fermait pas... prise en possession réelle de la chambre à 16h30...appel d'air entre la baie vitrée et la porte d'entrée
