Lovely and helpful staff, in a good location, close to train station and bus stop to Machu Picchu. Breakfast was ready at 5 am. Despite of being simple, the rosas were very clean and confortable.

Great accommodation in Aguas Calientes! The hotel is close to everything, which is especially convenient since the town is quite small, while still being located away from the busiest areas.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. As we had an early morning trip to Machu Picchu, they kindly prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take along. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a nice warm shower — everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
One downside is that the rooms are not very well soundproofed, so you can hear the other guests quite clearly. Unfortunately, we were unlucky to have a guest watching TV very loudly late at night, which was particularly inconvenient as we needed to get up very early for our trip to Machu Picchu.

L'emplacement à 4mn de la gare, la literie confortable, le personnel qui a gardé nos sacs afin que l'on puisse aller au machu picchu.
La douche était un peu compliquée à régler. Mais une fois qu'on a compris le système tout marche.
