Głośna stara klimatyzacja

Было не очень чисто, а точнее из за того что отель очень старый, все выглядело очень уставшим. Майами это пляжный отдых соответственно песок, но в номере за 4 дня никто не убирался…
Вид из окна отсутствует (упирается в окно соседнего отеля)
Отелем назвать сложно, больше апартаменты. Но в целом цена = качество

קיבלנו חדר ממש לא משופץ, ריח לא נעים, מיטה לא נוחה.
לא היה נקי מספיק.

שירות דלפק בשעות מוגבלות שלא התאימו לנו ולכן לא יכולנו להיעזר בהם. ביקשתי שמיכה בשעה שש וחמישה בערב ומי שהיה בדלפק אמר שאין כרגע שירות ואין שמיכה והייתי צריכה לחכות ליום אחרי.. גם לא היה ניתן לקבל מגבות לחוף בבוקר כי הדלפק עדיין היה סגור.. וגם לא מנקים בכלל את החדר.

- bez sensowny system rezerwacji - wysyłanie scam linków na WhatsApp i skanowanie paszportu. Nie da się dostać do pokoju jak się nie przejdzie tego procesu na stronie firmy trzeciej. Wygląda to wszystko jak SCAM

- bezużyteczna recepcja - siedzi tam jakieś dziwne, odrzucające i przerażone coś

- ręczniki plażowe - w teorii są, bo z reguły nie ma komu ich wydać

- bardzo słaba klimatyzacja "w oknie" - głośna, z zepsutymi przyciskami i ledwo chłodzi

- bezsensowna lampa o którą się co chwilę zahacza głową

- alarm pożarowy który uruchamia toster - ale nikt o tym nie wie, więc można spłonąć w pokoju i nikt się nie dowie

- spleśniała zasłona pod prysznicem - czarna na dole i z wykwitami na całej długości - obrzydliwe

- brak regularnego sprzątania pokoju - po 3 dniach udało nam się wynegocjować wymianę ręczników

- widok z okna na ścianę i lampę uliczną która świeci do pokoju

- brak czajnika w pokoju

- brak parkingu

- brak śniadań

I have never been in such a dirty hotel. When we checked it we found bread crumbs from the previous guests and a lot of women’s hair in the shower. Also massive quantity of dust everywhere. I immediately reported the problem to the front desk. I was told the room would be cleaned again the following day (so had to sleep in a dirty room). The following day someone supposedly cleaned the room, but the women’s hair were still in the shower and the dust on the walls. I took a mug to have a coffee only to see they were all dirty. I found this place disgusting. The room is also very noise because there is an air condoning engine outside of the window. Impossible to sleep at night for the noise. Also it is impossible to set the room temperature se it was too cold. And last but not least the shower only had cold water. I am shocked by how poor the experience was and by how they simply do not care.

Bed mattress was very uncomfortable

The hotel and the room interiors did not match the photos. Overall, everything felt quite worn. It seems like they try to compensate for the condition of the property with decorative elements, but there are issues that would be better addressed with proper repairs.
In the bathroom, the shower wasn’t properly sealed, so a significant amount of water leaked onto the floor during use. The wooden flooring just outside the bathroom door was severely damaged; likely from ongoing water exposure. They placed a rug over it, but you could still feel large bumps underneath.
I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and there was no room service during my stay. It’s possible that I needed to request it, but for a 10-day stay, I would have expected housekeeping to come at least 2-3 times without prompting.
The bed linen was clean, but it had noticeable stains. The carpet was very dirty; my white socks turned black just from walking on it.
The TV could not connect to the Wi-Fi, so I couldn’t use it at all.
I’m sorry to have to point these things out, because with some relatively small improvements, the overall condition of the hotel could be significantly better.

Перебували у цьом помешканні майже тиждень прибирання не відбулося ні одного разу , хоча на стійки регістрації вказано що це повинно відбуватися кожні 3 доби . Звукоізоляція відсутня повністю , як з вулиці так і в самому готелі . Хоча проведення вечірок заборонено в готелі , з пʼятниці на суботу до часу ночі сусіди гуляли на повну і ніхто не це ні як не реагував. Стан помешкання потребує ремонту ще років 10 тому . Не раджу !

Lo único que mejoraría sería el check in ya que lleva un rato rellenarlo y luego al llegar tuvimos que esperar de nuevo. Si fuese posible agilizarlo, sería genial

Weinig faciliteiten. Verouderd gebouw, verouderde gang waar kamers aan liggen. Geen uitzicht vanuit kamer.

L'aria condizionata noi l'abbiamo tenuta spente, ma se si capita in un periodo estremamente caldo, tenendo l'aria accesa c'è un rumore fortissimo.
C'era un divano, e un tavolino, ma non un armadio sarebbe stato perfetto
