Parking is the only thing that sucks

Close to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The front desk staff Francisca is excellent...very nice and friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, and the ambiance in the room is quite pleasant. While the sheets were clean, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, it is a good place with good service, and we were grateful for the early check-in.

Had a very comfortable stay. No issues in check in or out. Quiet place. Kitchenette came very handy. Location is excellent right next to the most happening places of Ocean drive and South Beach. Highly recommended for singles as well as couples for safe and comfortable stay.

Really nice location close to the beach and in walking distance of lots of shops. Friendly staff and really nice rooms.

The customer service at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately there was little communication about check out. We only stayed one night and our flight was very early in the morning. There was nothing in the room about check out. They communicate by text messages but if you are on airplane mode you don’t get them. Email would have been appreciated. If you have heavy luggage, just note there are no elevators. The room was very small, with a loud window air conditioning system but it was clean. Also because it is a small hotel, if you are coming in from a cruise, they will be full so forget the possibility of an early check in. Regardless of this, I wish I recalled the young lady at the front desk because she was very friendly and helpful. In addition, the communication before and after arriving and departing through the message option on Expedia was very good. I always received communication back quickly. Lastly, the location is walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Muy conveniente la ubicación, tranquila la residencia, muchas cosas para hacer en la zona y muy amables los empleados. Juda y Francisca fueron muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo.

Room was nice. Staff was nice.
Couldn't enjoy the space because a family that had several rooms had kids who did not stay in their but decided to let them play in the hallway and make noise till late. Unfortunately for me I had an early flight.

Air conditioner BARELY WORKING... Needs a NEW ONE... it is a cheap in the window AC... why hasn't this been replaced ALREADY,???... it froze up and quit on us TWICE....you can not sleep when you are HOT...... Lady at front desk was nice and very helpful...

The check in process was smooth, reception was super nice but there is no one available after 8:30pm. There wasn’t an elevator so you have to carry your bags upstairs. The mattress was a little thin so not the most comfortable sleep, the room floor made my feet black and the bathroom sink needed to be cleaned better. Overall, it was good for the price, the location is great, I would recommend for a quick stay.

It was good quality for the price. Very close to water and everything. Staff nice

The room was clean and cozy however, the AC did not work properly leaving the room hot and even tho it was reported and a maintenance person visited he indicated that nothing could be done.
