The first night had an ac that felt like a fan with no filter, Thankfully it was changed after the second night, The shower had black hair on the walls when we got there, and the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Everything in the bathroom was water logged. Right as you walk in the bathroom the floor had a soft spot and a screw sticking up under the carpet. Room 101

Basic hotel in a great location for the beach but needs some improvements
Pros:

The location was perfect, just one street back from Ocean Drive and close to a wide range of bars and restaurants.
The bedroom area was ideal for us with 2 comfortable beds.
The room had a good sized TV with a wide selection of channels.
The beach was less than 3 minutes walk away.

Cons:

There was no kettle in the small kitchen area. To boil water you had to go to the communal kitchen area on the lower floor and place a non electric kettle on to the 2 ring plug-in hob. This 2 ring hob is the only place you can boil pasta in the hotel. See photo.
The bathroom was tiny and appeared to need a bit of a refresh. Paint was damaged and peeling in areas. The fake wood sink cabinet was water damaged and falling apart. The silicone around the shower needs to be replaced as there's a gap around the edge. See photos
The windows looked out onto the end of another building around 3 metres away although it was difficult to see through the windows as they were filthy on the outside.

It was a 2 or 3 star experience, not very clean.
Pros:

The bathrooms were updated and had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The location was close and convenient. Check in and check out was very easy.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean or well maintained. The bedroom window was super dirty. The vanity was broken. The room was pretty small and there were not convenient outlets. There was a coffee pot in the room but no actual coffee there or in the lobby.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La ubicación, queda cerca de mercados, bares y playa.

Cons:

El sillón cama es muy incómodo y no nos dieron sábanas, solo unos toallones para acostarse arriba.

Pros:

Una lastima, ya me habia hospedado. El producto es bueno por ubicación, relación calidad/precio etc.....pero lo que me hicieron en esta última estadía fue pésimo, arruinaron mi estadía por algo que podrian haber solucionado muy fácilmente. Nunca mas voy a volver, de hecho estoy pensando en generar el reclamo en booking para que me devuelvan el dinero. No lo hice aun por que no es mi forma de manejarme
