All over it was very good value for the money

Die Lage Zum Ocean Drive super. 2 Cafés direkt gegenüber.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit, das Geschirr zu spülen. Am zweiten Tag stand der Aufenthaltsraum unter Wasser, das war auch am dritten Tag noch so.... es wurde nichts unternommen. Es roch seltsam im Eingangsbereich . Zwar wurde dort gereinigt dennoch sieht es sehr heruntergekommen aus. Trotzdem würde ich dort wieder buchen

Buena ubicación pero muy sucio.
Pros:

La localización y el personal, que dentro de sus posibilidades fue amable, sobretodo la primera noche cuando tuvimos que pedir por mensaje que nos trajeran sábanas limpias.

Cons:

Habitación muy muy sucia a nuestra llegada, las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas y tuvimos que pedir nuevas y hacernos las camas. No había regulador de temperatura dentro de la habitación, estaba fuera en un cajetín cerca del techo y cerrado con llave, no conseguimos tener buena temperatura en toda la estancia.

Cons:

No tiene pava eléctrica ni nada para calentar agua. De la única manera era bajando atrás de recepción con una hornalla eléctrica que tardaba bastante.
Bastante tedioso el tema. Soy argentino y tomo mucho mate, era muy incómodo eso.

Sollte ich wieder nach Miami kommen, wird dieses Hotel wieder in Betracht gezogen.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nah zum Beach und zu den oft fahrenden.Bussen

Cons:

Zeitweise waren recht laute Gäste da.
Keine Kochtöpfe in der Küche, Spüle auch nicht.

No se corresponde a lo que señalan en el aviso. En la zona de cocina no se puede cocinar debido a que no tienen ningún utencilio necesario (ollas, sartenes, etc.)

Ubicación espectacular en el centro de South Beach Miami
Pros:

- Sin duda alguna, la ubicación es espectacular.
- Detrás de la calle principal, por tanto, menos ruidos de coches.
- Buena ducha y agua caliente, el aire acondicionado hace ruido, pero si lo dejas todo el dia encendido (cosa habitual en miami) por la noche lo apagas y no hemos pasado nada de calor.
- Wifi y TV con AndroidTV (youtube etc etc ) ....
- El personal es muy amable.
- Guardan las maletas de 10 a 6pm gratis.
- Te dejn toallas de playa gratis
- Sala común con una cocina/salón y TV, 2 escritorios para teletrabajar.... muy chula esa zona.

La relación calidad/precio/ubicación ha sido muy buena para las fechas de nuestro viaje.

Cons:

- No dispone de ascensor (posible problema para personas mayores y con dificultades).
- El colchón de nuestra habitación (203), creo que habría quue cambiarlo... estaba bastante viejo (muelles) aunque pudimos relativamente bien 5 dias.
- En la cocina falta un grifo de agua para lavar los vasos/tazas, hay que hacerlo en el baño, aunque no es gran problema.

Le bajo 1 punto por el colchón.
