Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza principal y estaciones de metro.
Personal muy amable, nos dieron un upgrade de habitación sin solicitarlo, lo cual fue un lindo gesto ya que veníamos de un viaje de 22 hrs.
Buen desayuno, si bien el espacio es pequeño, nunca tuvimos problemas en encontrar una mesa
Buen restaurante, ofrece descuentos a los huéspedes del hotel

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. Super comfy bed, clean, quiet room with spa-like bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, so many choices, hot, fresh and delicious!
