Pros:

A wonderful hotel... the staff, the cleanliness, everything is great. The staff are amazing, the location is beautiful, so lovely. Coffee every day, a fantastic team, and the elevator is great.

Cons:

There's nothing to like about it, the hotel is magnificent.

Molto molto soddisfatta!
Pros:

Hotel davvero elegante, molto curato e ben tenuto, pulito, confortevole. In posizione top! Stanza meravigliosa, con piccolo salottino. In omaggio bevande calde e acqua. Personale disponibilissimo, accogliente e preciso. Non ho fatto colazione

Cons:

Non ho trovato alcun difetto eccetto la mancanza del bidet come era ovvio, ma in compenso la doccia era enorme e tutto il bagno molto ben pulito ed elegante.

This is a wonderful hotel at a great location with amazing staff! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!
Pros:

The location is amazing. In the centre of everything but in an upscale and lovely area of Central Athens. The rooms are very comfortable with a nice design interior and a very comfortable bed. The staff is so welcoming and kind and they do everything they can so that you can have a wonderful stay. Thank you Janina, Dimitris and everyone for making our stay so special!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! The hotel is so cosy and relaxing and the staff is amazing. The only thing I would like is to have Netflix in the room.

Excellent, hôtel bien situé à recommander sans hésitation
Pros:

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'accueil à la réception et la réactivité aux demandes des clients. Malgré ma réservation tardive, j'ai obtenu une chambre parfaitement en ligne avec mes attentes.

A la réception, Dimitris et Maria, pour n'en nommer que deux dont j'ai retenu les noms, font leur travail avec joie et sont d'excellents ambassadeurs de cet hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon, l’hôtel est tres propre.
Maria, Dimitris et Sanina ont été super gentils et très accueillants.

I recommend it
Pros:

Staff was super friendly
Sound proof was great the room was very silent even though we were right across the elevator
Bed was huge and super comfortable
Room was big enough considering many hotel rooms are very small on Athens
Location was perfect

Cons:

The bathroom door was very heavy. It was a sliding door and difficult to open
There wasn’t a door to shower cabinet. Whole bathroom floor was getting wet when taking a shower
Breakfast was poor but everything we tried was delicious
