Genial ubicación y habitación muy cómoda
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa con una cama muy cómoda, aire acondicionado ( que se agradece mucho ), una smart tv grande y un baño súper correcto.
Cerquita del parque de los novios y del paseo de la playa pero sin el bullicio de estar ahí.
Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Además el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y competente.

Me dejaron sin estadia

Nada me gustó porque me cancelaron la reserva y nuna ingresé al hotel

Tenia reserva y el mismo dia del check in estaba en viaje sin señal, desde el hotel se quisieron contactar conmigo y como no pudieron me cancelaron la reserva y me dejaron sin habitación.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, la calidad del servicio al cliente fue muy buena, el personal en todo momento fue amable y estaba atento a cualquier requerimiento que teniamos. Adicional a esto, las instalaciones se encontraban muy limpias y contaban con todo lo necesario para nosotros. Perfecta ubicación si se encuentran interesados en visitar el centro historico, la bahia, el mercado, etc.

La limpieza. El hotel tiene muy buena higiene y un equipo de servicios generales amables

Cons:

El somier estaba desajustado, se escuchan todos los sonidos externos dentro del cuarto... lastimosamente no tienen oferta de desayuno.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and lovely ! despite the language barrier they always went out their way to try and help. Great location!

Cons:

The only thing missing as I find with most Colombia properties was a full length mirror && the bed was on the harder side but nothing too bad :)
