Good option in Orlando.
Pros:

Staffing and location are great, parking available helps a lot and breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, but quite ok.
Many restaurants in the area, walking distance, very convenient for a good meal.

Cons:

We just stayed one night there, no time to see anything bad.

Maravillosa ubicación.
Pros:

Todo muy bien, lo mejor estacionamiento grátis y ubicación. Tenía piscina también!! Esto fue muy bueno porque al llegar de los parques seguimos un rato relajándonos ahi.

Cons:

Había un sujeto en la recepción que era extremadamente pesado, molesto, rudo.. me habló en un inglés imposible de entender, no quería repetir lo que decía. El me recibió a las 23h.. después de eso el resto de las personas muy amables.

I’m coming here every single vacation I have in Orlando
Pros:

Anaya was very friendly and informative. She answered questions I didn’t even know to ask. She was my favorite.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. The front desk was awesome even when Anaya left. Room was clean and the location is perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast was same as usual and my night gown went missing after a room service. Don't know if it was accidental. Did inform the front desk however the front desk emailed the housekeeping but no response from the housekeeping. Didn't wait for long as we had to drive to New York.

On October 12, we returned to the hotel at 9:21 PM to find our room door left unsecured, apparently by the housekeeping staff. We had left at 8:00 AM with the door securely locked, meaning our personal belongings—including important documents, travel essentials, and sensitive corporate information—were potentially exposed to unauthorized access for over 10 hours.

This is an unacceptable breach of basic hotel security and guest privacy. Even more disappointing, despite reporting the incident immediately, hotel management has failed to provide any explanation, apology, or follow-up to date.

The negligence of the housekeeping staff is deeply concerning, but the management's lack of accountability and professionalism is equally unacceptable. Guest safety should never be compromised or ignored.
