É uma boa opção de hotel, confortável e bem localizado, limpo e seguro, mas se o preço for equivalente a um verdadeiro r
Pros:

Tamanho do quarto, limpeza, hidratante e shampoo de qualidade no banheiro, ducha boa, cama muito boa, roupas de cama também, equipe do café muito atenciosa e cordial. Apesar do café ser pago, vale a pena, pelas opções oferecidas. A localização é boa, só nos deslocamos de Uber, para os parques da Disney, Outlets e shoppings, e o custo foi menor que uma diária de 84 dólares de aluguel de carro.

Cons:

Não tem cofre, algumas tomadas elétricas antigas, cobra caro pela taxa de armazenamento de mala, e por mala. Cobra taxa de resort, que Resort? E um bom hotel, apenas. Ficamos na semana seguinte no Endless Summer Dockside, e a comparação foi inevitável. Lá sim é um resort, e o preço foi praticamente o mesmo, sem taxa de maleiro e com early check-in sem custo. Tenha certeza que você vai pagar mais do que reservou no Booking, em razão da taxa de resort. O acesso aos prédios onde ficam os quartos podem ser acessados sem passar pela portaria, apesar de ter uma porta ativada pelo cartão, vejo um risco de segurança. Não tivemos nenhum incidente, nos sentimos seguros, é só uma observação.

Disappointing!

It was close to shops and amusement places

I am extremely disappointed with how my deposit refund was handled.

I was assured that my deposit would be released on 30 January, but that never happened. After noticing the money had not been returned, I had to call again on 11 February. During that call, Victoria informed me that the deposit had in fact not been released on 30 January as previously stated, and was only processed on the day I called.

Concerned, I followed up again on 13 February to make sure it had actually been done. Emily reassured me that it had been processed and explained that it may take a week or so to appear in my account because it is an international payment.

What I find unacceptable is that I had to repeatedly chase the return of my own money. A deposit refund should not require multiple phone calls to ensure it is handled properly — especially after being given incorrect information the first time.

Hotels expect guests to pay on time before staying, and rightly so. Customers deserve that same level of responsibility and professionalism when their money is being returned.

Had I not checked my account carefully before travelling to London, I might have left without realising the refund had not been processed — and contacting them is not easy, as they are not responsive to emails (based on previous correspondence).

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Also definately overpriced for what you get!

Perfect hotel for Universal vacation, great deal, fantastic stay!!
Pros:

It was very clean, great location, beds were comfortable, a lot of parking for free, gift shop with a ton of supplies and a cafe with good coffee and food. Cleaning staff did great job every day! Can’t say enough good things!!

Lage war super, viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es extrem kalt bzw klimatisiert und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
Wir wollten einen Bus zu den Universal Studios vom Hotel nehmen, war allerdings nicht möglich, weil wir ohne amerikanischer Handynummer die Plätze nicht buchen konnten

Prima hotel op een fijne locatie. Kamer was groot en de bedden lagen heerlijk.
Het zwembad is prima, met genoeg ligbedden.

Cons:

Het personeel bij de receptie was, op een enkeling na, niet vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Ze gaven foute informatie en waren over het algemeen gewoon onaardig.

Quartos amplos e sem carpetes.
Pros:

Quarto, sem carpete, e banheiro amplos. Bem localizado.

Cons:

Não libero o quarto para limpeza todos os dias, mas há uma política do hotel de que se você impedir a faxina por dois dias consecutivos, a faxineira entra no quarto mesmo assim.
