I will never book here again.

The majority associates were kind, and location.

Cons:

Everything else was subpar including the hidden fees, fighting to get reservations for the shuttle, and the micro-aggressive comments made by some employees. Some employees never said things towards me, but concerning others a few comments had been made in regards of lack of ability to speak English.

Good location and friendly front desk, but let down by poor cleanliness, noise, and broken furniture. 少） 凸

Great location and polite front desk staff.

Cons:

The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room was dusty, housekeepers did a poor job, and the sound insulation was weak with a lot of noise between rooms.
Additionally, some furniture was damaged or missing (drawers were missing and the wardrobe couldn't open properly).

Great getaway in Orlando
