Love the hotel and it was a great locations close to everything.

The location of the hotel was really ideal. We were first in a room without a terrace and then asked to move. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We did not get the room we booked.
After requesting a room change they put us in a better room but still not the suite that was advertised.

Really nice neighborhood especially for dining. A little noisy at night in the room we stayed on the first floor front, but also had a delightful patio for enjoying the garden area and the street life.
My only complaint is that the lighting did not work for reading in bed. Would be great to have had a small reading light on both sides of the bed.

My only problem was finding the hotel until I was informed that it was part of another hotel across the street. After that it was an awesome stayed. The breakfast was good maybe to small the area but good service and good food.

Came here after extending my stay in MDE, and hating the hostel I originally booked. I appreciated the staff, very kind and helpful. Btw — If you don’t speak Spanish you can use a translator app like Google, but I personally liked that they spoke Spanish to me! even if I only understand about half of it, it helps with learning. Anyway, I loved the facilities — great area, and I liked the the little porch with a swing. 24/7 reception with video monitoring, so even though I was on the ground floor, I felt safe. Thank you hotel infinity, this was one of the highlights of my trip to Medellin!

I have a mixed feeling about this hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. Within walking distance, there are big shopping mall with restaurants and food court inside, supermarkets, cafeteria, etc. An electronic translator would be very helpful if you do not speak Spanish.
The big issue about this hotel is the unclear direction. After booking, they sent us a checkin instruction saying the checkin location is different from hotel location. Even the Uber driver couldn’t find this checkin location. It turned out that the checkin office (called Infinity Hotel) is just cross the street to the hotel (two floor small apartment building). There is no sign of Ayenda La Casona on both buildings. The real building pictures are attached and are different from the website ones.

Ayenda La Casona, please make the direction instruction clear for your costumers!

If you want a quiet place for sleep, then that is not a place for you. The noise from door opening, talking, walking, etc. inside building can wake you up.
