Overall, this was a shocking and extremely disappointing stay.
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We specifically booked a room with a kitchen to cook, but the equipment was extremely minimal (a pot without a lid, one spoon, one teaspoon), with no dishwasher tablets or drying rack.

The bathroom floods after every shower (no curtain/door and a leaking showerhead), we received only one hand towel and one roll of toilet paper for two people staying two nights, the sink was clogged, and the heating didn’t work so the first night was very cold.

There is no reception and responses in the Booking chat took about 6 hours. On the second night we also discovered a mouse in the apartment.

We will not return and cannot recommend this place.

Manque de lumières et de rangement ( porte manteau, luminaires sur pied,étagères ...) vaisselle sale dans les placards et le lave vaisselle odorant !

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE. DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the WORST place I have ever booked on bookings. The photographs they have uploaded are misrepresentation of the place. I have uploaded photos I took from my recent stay there. I moved out after the first night. I tried to communicate through the text message system as well as using the messaging system on Bookings. I never received any reply.

Cons:

It’s filthy, it’s freezing cold, the very trail heating did not work. The remote for the air conditioner was nowhere to be found so I could not try use reverse cycle/ heating function. The extra bedding and blankets provided are disgusting and filthy. The heated towel rail not only does not work but is rusted. The door jam (frame) of the entrance to bathroom is rotten. The tile at the entrance to the bathroom is stuck over with tape. The shower does not have a screen door or shower curtain. a disgusting looking mop was left to mop up the floor after showering. The bathroom sink is so blocked with hair and soap scum that the water does not drain. Refer to pics i have attached.

La qualité du logement : son emplacement

Cons:

La propreté (moisissures dans la sdb, pas de porte, ni rideau) : cest pas évidant de ne pas mettre de l'eau au sol dans la sdb et pas de tapis de bain en pluss ....

Porte pour accéder dans la cour (la serrure est cassée) on ne peut donc pas ouvrir, ni aérer le logement

Cons:

Tout était délabré, pas entretenu, sale, pas de réception, pas de personnel de ménage(en plus à oublié son matériel la chambre), pas de place, pas de store (car collé à la fenêtre), pas assez de linge à disposition et vu qu’il n’y a pas de réception on ne peut pas en demander. Manque de lumière que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans l’ascenseur (la veilleuse ne suffit pas), bombarde de mail avant l’arrivée. Bref, vraiment très dommage car potentiel

Amsterdam jest wspaniały a przy tym apartamencie jest blisko Concertgebouw ze wspanialszymi koncertami i wszystkie najwa

Super lokalizacja, cicho i przyjemnie.
W apartamencie wiele udogodnień. Żelazko, pralka, zmywarka.

Cons:

Spłuczka w toalecie nie działała i woda leciała nieprzerwanie, trzeba było za każdym razem dokładnie sprawdzać czy się odkliknelo.
W kuchni była tylko końcówka ręcznika kuchennego… albo powinien być nowy dla gościa, albo dołączona ścierka.
