Pros:

Fint beliggenhed.

Cons:

Lejlighed var slidt. Service var kun til 3 personer,men kun 1 gaffel. Meget af servicen var gået i stykker. Teressedøren kunne ikke låses.
Vi fik aldrig en mail med koden til døren. Kom ind fordi der var en personale som lukkede os ind.

Lage war sehr zentral

Cons:

Die ganze Unterkunft ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Wenig Ausstattung, alles abgewohnt, unsauber und nicht zu verwenden. Spülmaschine stank, aus Bad kam durch Abflüsse Fäkaliengeruch. Am letzten Tag habe ich noch Ratten 🐀 und deren Kot entdeckt, die die Mülltüten angefressen haben. Nie mehr wieder.

Le seul point positif est la literie ainsi que l’emplacement plutôt correct

Cons:

Beaucoup de choses à revoir :
- Le prix ne correspond pas du tout pour la qualité du logement
-les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à ce que nous avons trouvé en physique
- logement insalubre (moisissure, carreaux de la cuisine fissuré avec colle à carrelage partout, finitions à revoir)
- pommeau de douche défectueux
- 1 rouleau de papier toilette seulement pour cinq jours
- pas de tapis de bain
- pas de sacs-poubelle de rechange
- vaisselle pas propre
- aucun équipement pour nettoyer à part éponges, liquide vaisselle et 1 pauvre torchon
- présence de souris, dont une crever et qui a provoqué une odeur nauséabonde dans tout l’appartement

The location is good

Cons:

It says they have a front desk and that check-in is available until noon, but we got there at 11 p.m and there was no one there, not even a sing of anyone. We finally managed to reach someone via WhatsApp after calling and insisting for a long time, but we were worried we’d end up sleeping on the street. On the other days, we never saw anyone, and there was no front desk area.
We chose an apartment instead of a hotel so we could use the kitchen and everything was either dirty or broken.

Good value for money, not perfectly clean, perfect location
Pros:

Apartment location is very good, near the Museumplein but poaitioned in a calm and silent street, but also close to the variety of restaurants and small shops/bakeries. The rooms are small but highly functional, with enough space to accomodate 3 persons. We were given the apartment 21. It was on the second floor, with a small balcony and bedroom window which was nice since it provided a lot of light and fresh air when opened. Linen was clean, and mattresses were comfortable. This one we stayed at (number 21) was not smelly, bathroom sink worked fine. Fridge was clean. Communication with landlord was a bit slow but concise and very clear (concerning the instructions for entering and leaving the accomodation).

Cons:

The apartment was clean to an extent, but far from perfect. Dishes were washed off but still dirty to use them without another wash (and the rest of the kitchen too). Bathroom door inner knob was falling off so caution had to be made not to get stuck inside. Shower has no curtain, so after a shower the bathroom is wet (which would be much less of a problem if there was a mop to pick up the water afterwards).

le logement n’était pas très bien équipé pour préparer à manger et en vaisselle, le personnel nous a ramener de la vaisselle suite à notre demande.
Nous avions des souris dans le logement… le personnel a essayé de faire quelque chose mais sans succès. Un peu déçu, le logement n’était pas aussi propre que sur les photos.

Overall, this was a shocking and extremely disappointing stay.
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. We specifically booked a room with a kitchen to cook, but the equipment was extremely minimal (a pot without a lid, one spoon, one teaspoon), with no dishwasher tablets or drying rack.

The bathroom floods after every shower (no curtain/door and a leaking showerhead), we received only one hand towel and one roll of toilet paper for two people staying two nights, the sink was clogged, and the heating didn’t work so the first night was very cold.

There is no reception and responses in the Booking chat took about 6 hours. On the second night we also discovered a mouse in the apartment.

We will not return and cannot recommend this place.
