Pros:

Absolutely everything!!!! One of the most amazing apartments I stayed in Athens!!! Host was very helpful and always in contact
It is also great that like couple meters away there is safe 24/7 underground parking.

Cons:

Well.. if you walk fast or use taxi, nothing bad about the location.. but of course need to be a bit aware, although exactly this place in Omonia seemed to be much more safe than those closes to square

Pros:

Gute Ausstattung (Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine, Fön usw.), sehr ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Aktuell wird nebendran in der Wohnung renoviert, sodass man unter der Woche vor 8 Uhr Baulärm hat. Hat mich nicht gestört, aber wer gerne länger schläft, sollte das wissen. Am Wochenende war es ruhig.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Grosses Zimmer und super ausgestattet. Leichtes Self-Check-in. Zu Fuss (ca. 6-8min) kann man die nächste Metro-Station finden.

Cons:

Nicht leicht zu finden. Gebäude von Aussen nicht angeschrieben.
