Otel ve odaları gayet temiz.Kızım için ekstra yatak atıldı. Bundan çok memnun kaldım. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli açık büfe ama yemekleri için aynı şeyleri söylemeyeceğim. Plajı taşlık denize girmek için elverişli değil yola sıfır önünden otobüs geçiyor. Merkeze ulaşım kolay. Tercih edilebilir bir otel. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

Odalar temizdi. Banyo yeterli büyüklükteydi. Yemek ve oturma alanları ferah ve temiz. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi ilgiliydi. Yabancı dil konusunda biraz geliştirilmeli. Tavsiye ederim.

I booked a junior suite. The description does not match the room. The room was to have a balcony and it does not. It was a basic room of 30 square metres with two single beds pushed together and a chair and small table. The service was terrible. The person at teh front desk in the morning was rude and basically could not wait to get me out. This was out of character witht he wonderful hospitality elsewhere on the island. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Otel çok maliyet etkindi. Temiz ve konforlu. Kahvaltı sınırlı ancak lezzetli ve temiz. Açık ve kapalı havuzu var, ancak isimdeki -spa- kısmını karşılayan bir özellik yok. Bence tercih edecek misafirlere verilmesi gereken bir dipnot daha - deniz kullanımı ile limitasyonlar var; otel ile arasından yol geçiyor, sahil public ve bakımsız, küçük kayalar denize girip çıkma konusunda zorluyor (işletme mini bir iskele düşünebilir ?).

Very average but nice and quiet. Would rate it a 3 star hotel. Service very bland. No smiles. Dinner overpriced, took a very long time and was underwhelming. We were put at a table in the lobby because the restaurant was closed for an event. Room was clean. But very cheap low grade 1 star hotel amenities (shampoo soap etc) There was a single "free"nescafé coffee stick in the room (we are two people) and the creamer sticks were opened and empty. Called down to reception and asked for an information sheet with the WiFi info, room service numbers etc that they said was in the room, but wasn't. They said that we really didn't need the info on the sheet and didn't send one up. No one was rude in any way. But real 5 star service wasn't there. We booked the hotel based on the fact that there were indoor pools. Nowhere did we read that it was 12 euros per person, per half an hour until we got there. We looked at using the outdoor cold pool until we knealt down to feel the temperature of the water and noticed hundreds of little wormlike things lining the edge of the water. We realize we are the end of the season but if the pool is not going to be maintained, it should just be closed down. Breakfast was decent but they struggled to keep things stocked up like cutlery and other items. All in all.. Nice property and location but expect 3 star amenities and service. Absolutely not expected 5 star quality that they rate themselves. Looks impressive initially but in reality is just ok.

Great property with lovely views and friendly staff. Only issue is that the upper floors of some buildings are not handicapped accessible and you will have to carry luggage’s up the stairs. To avoid stay on one of the main buildings

Hell on earth. Pretend to be 5 stars hotel, with “luxurious” “suites” but revealed as a bad hostel. We made a reservation for the GRAND SUITE (grand sh1t) for more than 300$ per night for 3 nights, but we got a poor room: No storage place for clothes in the room; No bath 🛀 , only shower 🚿 ; A shared balcony with the next room; Very poor amenities; Very basic shampoo and soap (like in a 3 stars hotel); No bellboy; No concierge; No security at the hostel; No waiters at the lobby; Very tiny swimming pool;
The so called “Grand Suite” didn’t offer even forks, knives or glasses for wine, not to speak about the empty minibar or the absence of bottles opener..; The sofa was like of the poorest guesthouses in India 🇮🇳; The shuttle service which was promised from the airport was revealed as a big nothing..; The staff was RUDE !!!!; The welcoming experience was awful 😢;No espresso machine in the “suite” 😳; the breakfast was shameful : no espresso, no traditional Greek food, no smoked salmon, no fresh bread, no mineral water, no menu, just rotten fruits and a disastrous service!!!!

As we complained to the management about our awful experience and sent them the draft of this review they expelled us from the hostel !!!!!! We were left abandoned in the streets without a place to sleep in!!!! Many-many guests were disappointed. Finally they refund us , but it didn’t heal our trauma.

Einfach ein mega perfektes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand und nähe des Flughafens.

Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück perfekt. Es gab einfach alles sogar. Auch einen Mastixa Likör zum Frühstück, welcher super Lecker ist.

Die Zimmer waren super, das Bad war auch total sauber.

Hier habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte meinen Urlaub sehr geniessen.

The view excellent gorgeous decor all around the hotel. I recommend this place, stop looking at others and book here. Won’t regret it.

Yepyeni bir otel. Odamiz cok temiz ve konforluydu. Her gun oda temizleniyordu. Kahvalti bufesi de gayet genisti. Otel calisanlari cok kibar ve yardimciydi.Odadaki tv kanallari gostermiyordu. Tek olumsuz sayabilecegim ama tatil icin zaten onemsiz detay bu olabilir.

Very nice. Parking is safe and fine.

The rooms were large and of sufficient size. The refrigerator was not cooling adequately. We asked for a baby bed in the room. They brought a clean and very big park bed. There was no kettle in the room, but when asked, they brought it right away. There was no water in the room. The pool was a little small, but the temperature and cleanliness were good. It was a little too shallow. It was ideal for children. The breakfast was extremely poor. It was too weak and inadequate to compare with other Greek islands. You can go directly to the sea from the road in front of the hotel, but there is no changing cabin, shower and toilet, there is no food and beverage service, even those who park their car can come and enter with you, so it is not a reserved place or area for the hotel. The spa was very poor, the massage was the worst we have ever had. The staff were very friendly. They approached every problem with a solution-oriented approach. The hotel is very far from the sightseeing spots of Mytilene, so if you don't want to go 1.5 hours and come back for 1.5 hours, you should choose a hotel in another location. Molivos or Petra might be logical alternatives.

The facility and staff were first class, however, the parking availability and automobile access to the property was unsafe and substandard enough to discourage future stays.
The situation could be dramatically improved by added a valet golf cart shuttle for customers that do not want to park in a wooded area or in the front lot. Aldo, stsiways we’re not lit snd a safety hazard at night.
