Water needs to be hotter
Pros:

I really liked the location.

Cons:

The hot water is not hot at all. We had the handle over the hottest and we took cold showers.

We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Chattanooga
Cons:

My only complaint was that the shower floor was slippery with no grab bar, but we just put the bathmat on the floor and that made it safer

My stay at this hotel was good. But I forgot two shirts and a jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it till I got home. When I called the hotel first, they said nobody found anything in the room but then when I called back the next day, they say they had it at the front desk. They sent me to a website for lost and found items, and I filled out the information and they were supposed to mail my items back but never did. That was two months ago.
