Intoxication alimentaire attrapée dans cet hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est très luxueux, c'est très bien propre et confortable

Cons:

Je donne une mauvaise note car ma femme et moi avons eu une intoxication alimentaire qui a duré plusieurs jours.
C'est sûr à 100% que nous l'avons attrapé dans cet établissement car il n'y a aucun restaurant autour et nous avons pris le gouter, diner et petit déjeuner sur place. En soit la nourriture est très bonne (excepté le fromage) mais nous avons quand même attrapé une intoxication alimentaire qui nous a pénalisé plusieurs jours lors de notre voyage à Taiwan. Après réclamation nous avons obtenu le remboursement de la nourriture (encore heureux). Selon eux, il aurait fallu se plaindre rapidement à la direction ce qui est impensable quand on commence tout juste à avoir les symptômes. Il faut se mettre à la place des clients !
C'est un comble d'avoir attrapé une intoxication alimentaire dans l'établissement le plus luxueux de notre séjour de 17 jours à Taiwan.
Egalement lors de l'encaissement, il faut absolument une carte de crédit. Nous utilisons une carte de néobanque afin de ne pas avoir de frais de change. Il a fallu payer 2 fois le séjour (1 fois pour la caution et 1 fois pour la nuit) puis attendre 15 jours avant d'être remboursé de la caution.
