Quarto confortável, mas precisa focar na limpeza.

Bom, as meninas do atendimento são uma simpatia. Super prestativas, educadas. Precisei deixar as malas por lá e fui muito bem atendido. As camas são bem confortáveis, uma delícia. Já o chuveiro está muito ruim, está saindo água para todos lados, até por cima e não esquenta.
Uma outra preocupação é em relação a limpeza, na pequena cômoda ao lado da cama havia uma série de coisas de outros hóspedes, exemplo: pente, maquiagens, absorvente íntimo, e uma série de papéis. Até debaixo da cama encontrei maquiagem. Isso é perigoso, até porque eu viajo com criança.

My only complaint was that the shower head had a lot of excessive spray that went all over the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the location is convenient and the staff was helpful.

Esse hotel é uma delícia! Fica pertinho da praça central, 10 minutos da estação de trem para Machu Picchu. Os quartos são limpos e novos, além do café da manhã ser delicioso, tudo preparado e organizado na hora, não é buffet. O atendimento foi ótimo! Ficaríamos até mais em Ollantaytambo neste hotel. Único ponto é que no banheiro não tinha tapetinho e não tem calefação no quarto, mas nada que atrapalhou nossa noite.

O hotel é bem mais simples que aparenta no anuncio.

Hyggeligt og lokalt sted. Vi havde 2 nætter der og det var perfekt til os. Personalet er meget venlige og sørgede for noget morgenmad man kunne tage med hvis man skulle tidligt på tur. Kan klart anbefales

Nice, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Plaza, market and ruins, just off the main roads. Quiet and little traffic outside, except for the vivid river. Unfortunately the host we met only speaks Spanish, but was friendly and helpful.
