Lage Top - Ausstattung Flop
Pros:

Die Lage am Stand ist wunderschön. Auch die Strandliegen waren Top.
Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Cons:

Wir hatten zuerst ein Bungalow der extrem gerochen hat.
Positiv war eine schnelle Lösung mit Upgrade in eine anderen Bungalow.
Leider hatten wir die erste Nacht kein heißes Wasser.
Nach der Reparatur dann nur temporär, wir haben dies immer wieder bemängelt.
Für diese Preisklasse war die Ausstattung leider nur Enttäuschend.

Wunderschönes Resort mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, die neuen und sehr gepflegten Bungalows liegen direkt am Strand, teilweise mit Meerblick. Besonders hat uns die ruhige Lage an einem wenig besuchten Strand gefallen, keine Backpacker und Jetskis. Die Kinder konnten den ganzen Tag im Pool oder am strand spielen. Das Resort hat direkten Zugang zum Wasser mit einem sehr weitläufigen eigenen Bereich mit Liegen, Schirmen und eigenen Kanus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gastfreundschaftliche Auftreten des Personals. Uns wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt, inklusive einer fulminanten Geburtstagsfeier. Man kann den ganzen Tag Essen bestellen, die Menues reichen von Pizza bis zur einheimischen, sehr guten Küche. Für wenig Geld kann man sich Roller mieten und die Insel erkunden. Eine sehr gut geführte Anlage, die bei uns einen bleibend positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Leider rauchen westliche Besucher auch im Restaurant, das könnte man abstellen.

Lovely resort on the best beach
Pros:

Exceptional customer service and staff, reasonably priced scooter hire and tour prices, free kayak, location at one of the cleanest Pagoda beach, free room upgrade, good tasting food at restaurant, cleanliness, safety, pools and gym which could be used at next door resorts, reasonably priced happy hour drinks, free water refills.

Cons:

No storage space or hangers in the room, rooms are not spacious, bathrooms could be better ( they are renovating them ), buffet breakfast was cold with minimum options and luke warm coffee stored in a dispenser ( they did serve us machine coffee a few days upon request ). Breakfast needs big improvement considering the price being charged. Bit pricey dining menu. Pools could be cleaner. We had an overall great stay but hopefully these suggestions are taken onboard for future and returning customers.

Pros:

Amazing property, quiet and peaceful. Private beach. The breakfast was good but the 4 frimaggio pizza is to die for! So good. The staff even decorated my room for a special occasion. They’re so nice. I had a lovely time.

Cons:

We would have loved to do jet skiing but at about 150/180 USD per hour that was way too expensive. Considering Thai resorts starts at about 50 USD. but that wasn't the resort's fault it was through a third party.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt an einem wunderschönen Strand.
Pros:

Das personal war großartig und war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Der Strand ist einmalig sowie auch die Poollandschaft. Zudem war das Personal sehr gut organisiert und hat uns alle Wünsche bestmöglich erfüllt. Zudem war es schön ruhig und perfekt für Familien. Die two room bungalows waren sehr schön.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war die etwas kleine Auswahl an Speisen, vor allem an abwechslungsreichen vegetarischen Speisen hat es etwas gefehlt. Das kann auch daran gelegen haben, das low season war. Zudem war das Essen preislich etwas ambitioniert. Uns wurde aber mitgeteilt, das bereits an einer neuen Speisekarte gearbeitet wird.
