schönes Wochenende in Prag
Pros:

die Zimmer waren sehr sauber,
Personal freundlich,
es gab Kaffee, Tee und eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer,
leckeres Frühstück, genau wie auf den Bildern🥰 die Lage für Ausflüge sehr gut, wenn man mit der S-Bahn unterwegs sein wollte

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr dunkel gestaltet (Geschmackssache 😉)
Personal hat kein deutsch gesprochen - in Englisch konnte man aber gut kommunizieren (für Menschen, die kein Englisch sprechen ungeeignet)
eine Portion Frühstück war recht wenig, (außer das Express breakfast mit viel Käse, Wurst, Obst & Joghurt, allerdings nur 1 Brötchen dazu😒
nachts war das Qietschen der S-Bahnen stark zu hören, sodass man die Fenster geschlossen lassen musst

Modern and nicely situated hotel
Pros:

The location is very good and parking is nice. The hotel is new and nicely decorated. Ordering breakfast to the room is a nice concept. Coffee machine in the room is great

Cons:

Cleaning was acceptable but not perfect, for this level of hotel I would expect better. The coffee that comes with the breakfast is pretty useless as the room is equipped with a very nice coffee machine. Some staff members can work on their friendliness

Overall, super clean and a really easy place to stay. Would definitely return and recommend to other people.
Pros:

The property was spacious, extremely clean and in the perfect location for walking into Praha 1. We did not use public transport but it was also excellently located for those wanting to use it. Breakfast was always what we ordered and arrived on time. The room had everything you needed too, with a fridge and coffee machine and even little things like vanity kits and shower caps were considered.

Struttura nuova ed elegante, situata in un posto strategeico per gli spostamenti con la metro (Florenc) a 100 metri. Stanze dotate di tutti i comfort, letti comodissimi, tutto nuovo e pulito, colazione ottima ed abbondante. Davvero oltre ogni aspettativa.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im The Viaduct. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.Unser Zimmer war wunderschön eingerichtet: modern, sauber, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück direkt aufs Zimmer – frisch, lecker und einfach ein perfekter Start in den Tag.Alles in allem ein Hotel, das durch Atmosphäre, Komfort und herzlichen Service überzeugt. Wir komme sehr gerne wieder und wir können es jedem empfehlen, der in Prag eine entspannte, hochwertige Unterkunft sucht.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!!!!

Może tylko to,że po przyjściu na miejsce,nie do końca wiadomo co zrobić, żeby wejść. Zadzwoniłam na podany telefon i to otworzyło drzwi

A wonderful stay with superb comfort, delicious breakfast, and friendly service.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, with a wide variety of delicious options.
