A l arrivé on vous demande 50 dollars pour récupérer les clés , et on s aperçoit que les 2 clés sont dans l appartement…car quand on part on nous demande de mettre les 3 clés dans l appartement pour piéger les futurs vacanciers comme nous ???
Ménage et lit non fait , nous avons dû faire les lits et nettoyer la Salle de bain , les toilettes …etc … poignée fenêtre cassée, j’ai tout noté .. j avais trop peur qu en plus on le prenne la caution ….
On vous dit pour 7 et il manquait un lit ?????? Donc on a du s arranger .. honteux !!!
Piscine soit disant ouverte et nous avons essayé à plusieurs heures et c était fermé…

Unit was nice, centrally located. Area was nice. Lots to do in a 3 mile radius didn't have a car and didn't need one. Balcony view was nice surprise.

Like the area, so many nearby restaurants shopping stores and markets.
Didn't like the point of getting charge only for a simple check in at the lobby and then finding out they were not supposed to charge me at all ,,seems very peculiar, could the lobby personnel be pocketing that money:( ?
***Unreliable and unprofessional***As stated in previous review, this host will wait until check-in to cancel your reservation. If you rent with this host you run a high-risk of being without a place to stay the last minute. Upon check-in, the host will try to direct you to cancel the reservation on your end to deflect responsibility onto the guest. After research online, it is clear the host utilizes multiple 3rd party platforms to double book this property. It's incredibly stressful and unacceptable, especially for travelers relying on confirmed bookings
I cannot stress enough to rent from a different condo owner in this complex (also recommended by a previous review) In the Midblock Miami complex, there are numerous superhost owners who truly value the safety of you and the quality of your vacation.

We totally prepaid our whole fee for our stay. Upon arrival we had to pay an extra fee of 50 dollars per person. A Total of 200 dollars for us. The host promised we would be refunded for this amount. Sadly we did not hear anything from him anymore. After one month we still did not receive the amount back. Very stressful and very bad communication!
It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two adults. Also, multiple buttons on the oven didn't work.
This accommodation was truly a disaster. Upon arrival, we were not registered under our name, which caused a significant delay. Additionally, they charged us an unexpected extra fee of $50, even though everything was supposed to be included.
To make matters worse, a bed was missing, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The host’s response was not accommodating or customer-friendly.
I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.
