Pros:

Rooms were great. Beds were comfy.
Facilities were great, especially the pools.
The food in the hotel was really good.
The Staff is really friendly.
The hotel has a lot of friendly and cute cats.

Cons:

Something out of control, there were people partying around the hotel so over night was a bit harsh to sleep. The two pools got a big crowded but that it is easy to sort out. With the great food they have, maybe they could include better options around the pool as Colombian pool food is really great and the region has a lot of fruits.

Bueno pero puede mejorar
Pros:

El desayuno fue muy bueno, al igual que el aire acondicionado y las instalaciones en general como la piscina y las zonas comunes que tiene la finca.

Cons:

No se puede llegar en carro después de las 10:00 PM
No hay servicio de restaurante, únicamente para desayunos
Las camas son un poco duras
No se hace alistamiento de habitaciones todos los días, la limpian y la organizan cada dos días
No había shampoo en ninguna de las dos habitaciones que pedimos

Lindo lugar rural cerca a los lugares de interés
Pros:

Las instalaciones son acordes y adecuadas para el clima, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y área húmeda bien equipada con sol durante todo el día. Esta situado en el área semi rural, que te permite ir caminando al parque principal donde están todos los sitios de interés. El transporte público es fácil, rápido y a un precio acorde a la distancia, máximo 5 minutos. Tiene parqueadero amplio si llevas auto. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y decoradas, cómodas para descanso. La piscina tiene sillas tumbonas y mesas que permiten una estadía cómoda en el área humeda. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente para iniciar el día. Me pareció una muy buena relación calidad precio

Cons:

No había quien estuviera pendiente del bar de la zona de piscina, queríamos pedir bebidas y pasabocas pero era difícil. Cambio de toallas diario me parece necesario, en la habitación debido al aire acondicionado no se secaban
