Excelente hotel. La habitación fue muy amplia y limpia. El desayuno fue bastante bueno, con diferentes opciones y todo muy rico. El personal fue súper amable y atento; realmente nos atendieron de manera excelente. La habitación estaba arreglada todos los días con toallas frescas cuando regresábamos, lo cual se agradece mucho. Lo pasamos muy bien durante nuestra estancia. Sin duda regresaremos en una próxima ocasión.

Clean and Cozy
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel generally felt cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The location was good since it was between the Disney and Universal parks. There was a shuttle service to both Disney and Universal parks, which is great considering most hotels only offer to one.

Cons:

The shuttles to and from the Universal parks were very early, so we couldn't use them. Also, there was nothing within the walking distance to the hotel.

The parking space fee charge. We selected this hotel because its reviews saying there was no parking fee, but it was wrong They charge us something around 11 dolars + tax a day

Estive hospedado com minha esposa no Hotel Pestana, em Lake Buena Vista, Orlando, e posso afirmar que foi o melhor atendimento que já tivemos em um hotel na cidade. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar. Um serviço realmente impecável, que fez toda a diferença em nossa estadia.

Em especial, gostaria de destacar a Lídia, que foi extremamente eficiente, ágil e prestativa, contribuindo de forma decisiva para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais agradável.

Sem dúvida, pretendemos nos hospedar novamente no Hotel Pestana em Orlando em nossas próximas viagens.

Foi minha segunda vez neste hotel, e tudo foi conforme imaginava! A equipe é sensacional e super prestativa, os quartos são novos e bem limpos... No geral, é muito bom.

Cons:

Como disse, já fiquei duas vezes nesse hotel e, nas duas ocasiões, fui acordado de madrugada com o alarme de incêndio tocando, em ambas, por se tratar de um teste/treinamento. Já me hospedei em diversos hotéis, em muitos lugares do mundo, inclusive em Orlando, e nunca fui acordado por um alarme de incêndio.

O maior problema é que você acorda assustado, levando um grande susto, já que o barulho é ensurdecedor.
