Pros:

We’ve had an amazing 3 nights stay at Pestana. Starting from the location (great if you are in Orlando to spend the days at the themed parks), to the facilities - they seemed new and clean; friendly and welcoming staff, large parking space, delicious breakfast (simple but very tasty). We can’t recommend more this hotel.

Cons:

There is really nothing to complain about :)

El lugar estaba muy limpio. Todo funcionaba bien y el personal excelente.

Cons:

Que no hubiese instrucciones para usar la cafetera. No suelo usar ese tipo de cafetera y pasé un poco de trabajo. No quise llamar a recepción (si lo hubiese hecho con seguridad me hubiesen ayudado). Si ayuda, una pequeña sugerencia podrían poner un pequeño instructivo. También minimiza el riesgo de daño al artefacto por manipulación inadecuada. También en mi caso personal me hizo falta una pastilla de jabón, se que tenían body wash y jabón líquido pero a mi me hace falta adicionalmente el jabón en pastilla.

Evening staff couldn’t look up one of my reservations (3
rooms were booked separately) when checking in. Next day I realized they “no showed” me for that room and charged me extra for the same room $37 to be exact. The staff was quite rude and wasn’t nice about it either which didn’t help the situation. Oh! Their breakfast was not very good. The hardboiled egg was greenish-transparent-watery-goo. Didn’t feel safe to eat. Their scrambled eggs tasted grainy and weird. The banana waffle was yummy, tho.
