Disney shuttle, very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff (thank you Enzo and Facundo in particular). Lovely to chat to and could not offer enough help on everything.
Rooms excellent and extremely well furnished including Microwave. Great bathroom and shower. Room cleaned daily to a high standard.
Loved the breakfast, mix of continental & full breakfast, with hot items changed up on alternative days. Everything well stocked up/restocked. Particular thanks to the breakfast team of Serena, Joselin, Marcelis and Allen.
Good choice of basic grocery items at reception including washing powder. Great washing machine and dryer (thank you for instructions Enzo). Although a charge for coffee at reception, able to avail of hot water to make tea for no charge.
Reception team accepted a number of Amazon deliveries during my stay with a small charge of $5 per delivery.
Nice and well maintained pool, plenty of sun chairs.
Location I found great, immediate access to Palm Parkway where could avail of public buses and short walk from nearest shop. 10 mins walk from a Winn-Dixie grocery store, Pizza Hut and KFC. 25 minute walk to the northern end Orlando Premium Outlets.
Finally, the welcome brownie mentioned in other reviews I got also - delicious as were the small wrapped cookies available free at reception. Lovely touch, thank you.
MShould I return to Orlando in the future for a similar holiday, at the very attractive price, there is nowhere else I would stay. Thanks everyone.
Nothing I didn’t like.
The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I loved the layout of the hotel. The next time I come to Orlando I will return to this location.
The breakfast was a little bland but I give it a pass for the cheap price
Staff was friendly and it was a good location.
My bed sheets were dirty and someone keyed my vehicle in the hotel parking lot. I’m not blaming the hotel for the damage but they charge a parking fee yet they only have cameras in the front of the building, they should have cameras covering their entire parking lot not just the front of the building.

I was charged for a three night stay. When checking in I asked if we could cut the stay to two nights and was informed I could. But I never got a refund for the third night which I did not stay for. That’s lying in my mind.
