computers down, staff not knowing how to deal with it. A lady in the lobby carrying on about bed bugs, room not clean, stink bugs in room and toilet not working properly

A safe and comfortable stay in Fayetteville
Pros:

The staff were polite and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything worked! Water pressure was excellent. Parking was close, spacious and felt safe. You are within walking distance of several dining choices. The breakfast provided a healthy variety of food and the coffee was strong and fresh. We had no complaints and will make this our hotel of choice for when we visit Fayetteville.

This is a basic, new or almost new, bare bones hotel. Has everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Pros:

I love this property and every time I am in town for the weekend I stay here no one has this property beat.

Cons:

For the first time ever!!! I called down to the front desk and asked could I get a 12:00 check out and the young lady said yes for $60 more and I told her is this something new because I always stay here and get a 12:00 check-out when I need more rest for the road and she stated this has always been in place and I told her well I can show u several times that I have gotten a 12:00 check-out with any problems but this was something new for me and I hope someone reach out to me to let me know about this update so I can know next time.
