I love this property and every time I am in town for the weekend I stay here no one has this property beat.

Cons:

For the first time ever!!! I called down to the front desk and asked could I get a 12:00 check out and the young lady said yes for $60 more and I told her is this something new because I always stay here and get a 12:00 check-out when I need more rest for the road and she stated this has always been in place and I told her well I can show u several times that I have gotten a 12:00 check-out with any problems but this was something new for me and I hope someone reach out to me to let me know about this update so I can know next time.

Our stay was fine overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

The rooms were too small. One of the front desk people tols us there was a microwave in the rooms but this was false. So we couldn't heat up the chicken we brought to eat.

EVERYTHING was excellent with the exceptional of the check in process!!!

Breakfast, cleanliness, great location, and courteous staff (with the exceptional of the person that checked us in.

Cons:

The lady that checked us in was NOT POLITE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, VERY CURT, IN PATIENT, appeared to be EXTREMELY ANNOYED and NOT EFFICIENT with my particular check in process. I was appalled at her behavior and representation for The Hilton Brand! It behooved me that even the 2 guest behind me (whom I did not know suggested that I inform management.
